After a long love affair with many, many iterations of Cascadias, we finally went through a nasty separation thanks to Cascadia 13's complete disregard of prior fit and comfort (and my feelings). Since then, I have had brief but ultimately unfulfilling flings with a pair of Calderas and (gasp!) Hokas. So when the Cascadia 16s went on sale, I decided to give it one more try, for old-times sake. Well, Baby, the thrill is back! These fit my wide forefoot/narrow heel wonderfully and feel exactly like my favorite Cascadia 12s. They seem to run a little roomy in the forefoot which is perfect for me. I haven't tested them out on trails much yet, but I feel pretty confident that they will be true to Cascadia form.

They are surprisingly light and are excellent for hike or road running. If you have problems with your knees, this is a good pair of shoes to wear.

Very supportive arch for a trail shoe, with a wide toe box. After a long, very informative chat with the Brooks support team, I ordered my usual size in a wide width, and these were perfect to accommodate my need for more toe room without being terribly wide in the heel which is usually the problem when you order a wide. FINALLY after many weeks of searching and trying many different shoes, this one seems perfect! And they look great! Thank you Brooks!

This is my first purchase of Cascadia shoes. They were on sale so I thought I would give them a try for the great price and they looked really sharp. I am very happy with them. Very nice cushion and light weight. Great for walking and running. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would buy them again.

I love Brooks for running and these do not disappoint! I tore some ligaments in my ankle and I'm extra sensitive to support right now as I recover. Ghost 14 are the most supportive of all my athletic shoes, and these cascadias are right up there with them! Just as much support, and a little more room in the width throughout when compared to the Ghost 14.

I ordered this shoe to use as a hiking shoe when the conditions due not require higher boots that are water resistance. So far, I have been very pleased with the comfort and traction provided while hiking!

I love my Cascadias!! Very comfortable, good tread, cool design. Bought them for hiking in Wyoming later this summer. Breaking them in now and so far so good!

Great shoe! I love the look and this is my most comfortable shoe to date.

This is my 2nd pair Cascadia 16 and continue to feel solid and confident running on uneven paths.

Brooks are the only shoes that are comfortable for my large wide feet!

I am not a runner but walk 2-4 miles a day. I usually wear Adrenaline and still will, but thought I would try these because they were on sale. I love them and am sorry that they are being discontinued. I love the added support and the solid grip of the treads. I have to wear extra support insoles so I buy my shoes wide and these were very comfortable and roomy. I bought a second pair before they disappear.

They are fantastic and comfortable. I have major problems with my muscles tightening and these sneakers help a lot with that.

Very happy with my new Cascadia 16'sthey are my new go-to trail shoes! Got them out on their first trail run 5k and was very happy with the comfort and stability. Love 'em!
