True to size and very comfortable. Not as “clonky” as the hoka

Great shoes. Love Brooks overall but WHAT IS IT with the hideous and bizarre color combinations?!! And it's not just Brooks, but every running shoe manufacturer these days seems obsessed with the ugliest combination of colors they can put together. I guess we really do live in clown world.

I am a Brooks girl, I have been buying Brooks for 13 years. I won't go to another brand. Ghost 14 feels so good.

Didn’t care for the laces.

These shoes are a good happy medium between fully supported walking or running shoes like the GT model and a barefoot runner. I have high arches and find the new style of shoe everyone is into is a bit too much sole. These are just right.

I usually wear a 9-1/2 narrow shoe. The 10 average in this style fits perfectly.

Felt good right out the box

I feel awsome wearing them because the fir and support are great.

I first tried my normal size 8.5 in sneakers, but they were just a tad snug. I ordered the 9 narrow and they are perfect.

Have had other brooks shoe ghost 12 , 13 and 14. Typically get 21+ miles in a week rotate shoes. These are perfect love zappos customer service.

I just received the shoes today and they fit wonderfully and are really attractive. My husband took one look at them and said he wished he’d ordered Brooks (rather than his ON Cloud).

These shoes did a very important thing for me. They made feel as if the shoe was helping me walk in alignment with the rest of my body. I live in NYC and there are two things that these shoes answer for me. 1. The sidewalks are brutal in New York so it's not easy to get a shoe that can handle them and save you from falling over. These do. 2. I walk everywhere and the totally black color without any other decorative color was one of the primary selling points. I can wear these with all kinds of clothes and it doesn't look as if I'm wearing my gym shoes. I love them and they come in W width which gives my foot room to accommodate itself to so much walking. Honestly it's like walking on a cloud. And they look so understated they don't fight with anything else I am wearing. I love them.

I've had 2 pairs of Ghost 13s in the past and loved them. I'm not a runner, but needed comfortable sneakers that would fit my orthotics. These were as comfortable as the 13s right from the start. I wore them for a 3 mile walk right out of the box and they were great.

I have flat feet and it took a long time to finally find a shoe that was comfortable on my arch. These sneakers are "neutral" and do not cause me any pain at all. They are super cute too. I will be buying these again.

So comfortable and good arch support. However, I usually wear an 8.5 in athletic shoes, and 8 in dress shoes, and had to go with a 9 in this Brooks. It is hard to find a narrow shoe and this is perfect width for me. I wish narrow shoes came in more colors.

Love them! Super comfy and cute....can’t go wrong with Brooks Ghost 14 and Zappos. Love them both!

Absolutely love these sneakers! So comfortable and supportive. They look great too!

I've been wearing the Brooks Ghost for several years. I am a fitness professional and always go up a half size (9.5) for exercise and my inserts. As other reviewers stated, the toe box in this version is wider than the last. I purchased a new pair because I just had total knee replacement in both knees and wanted a fresh pair since my stride will now be different. Great shoe, great cushioning and support.

I usually wear size 8 shoe but needed to get 7.5 size in this shoe. They are perfect for my daily activities.

I love everything about this shoe. I normally wear size 8 Medium but needed to change these for 7.5 Medium. I saw the recommendation to perhaps order half a size up form usual size, but in my case I needed the opposite. Otherwise these shoes are prefect.

Love them. Just wish the laces were a little longer.

Really comfortable for someone no larger than a wide in shoes. I tried going up one size with a wide hoping it would work to give me extra width, but it was exactly the same as my size, even though both sizes fit well otherwise. Sure wish those of us with extra wide feet could find comfortable shoes like these instead of only black or white. What a bummer!

I’ve been wearing Brooks sneakers for years now. These Ghost 14s have good support & a roomy tie box which I prefer. Buying online can be risky for size & fitting but I know these will fit every time.
