They are so cute but my feet are hurting so bad after 2 days in these. I work in a hospital. These make my heels hurt so bad. I guess I?ll stick to Hoka?s.

They seem narrow, my feet and heel are throbbing before my work day is over.

The toe box is too narrow and when I tried to print out the label to return it I couldn?t so I called and asked for them to send it via mail and never received it. Am not happy with the company at all. They don?t even deserve a star at all.

Size is 7 narrow. Not enough cushion. After about 8 hours on my feet, shoes need to come off.

I have worn Ghosts for several years. I have never had to break them in and have always ran comfortably with them. The new 14s is ere uncomfortable from the very beginning. I thought, ok they just need a few runs to break them in this time. Nope. By run 3 my feet, ankles, and calf?s were killing me. I have sent them back and awaiting refund so I can get some ghost 13s. ?

I FULLY AGREE WIDE widths and NO decent colors!!! Years ago I purchased my first pair of ghosts and my only choice was blue. I am a nurse and where they were the BEST shoe I have ever worn in my life, I hated the boring color. My patients deserve better!!! I also agree that the newer version shoes I have tried suck as far as comfort, holding up to wear and tear, and cannot compete to past years shoes.

I have worn Ghost running shoes for at least ten years and this is the worst pair I have ever ran in. The lacing is hurting the top of my foot and are very, very uncomfortable. Right now the top of my foot hurts so much I am unable to run or walk. I loved the 12?s, the 13?s also had weird slipping issues but I could fix The lacing but these are terrible. I agree with other runners and wonder why they always have to change the shoes.

12-wide size seems right. Looked okay the first day. Not for heavier people who dance. Horrible support ---I was rolling in and out WAY too much. Never again.

I had a pair of ghost 12s and LOVED them. Wasn?t sure about the 13s and got the 14s as soon as they came out. Super disappointed. My feet hurt after a mile and my right foot slips in the heel. I?m past the window to return them because I kept thinking they would break-in.

Please make wide widths available in ALL colors. It's not fair that those of us with wide feet cannot enjoy the fun colors/patterns.

Started out running in the ghost 9. Had been my favorite shoe. Tried the others ghost but toe box too narrow and not enough coushion under the ball of my feet. Bring back the ghost 9 design.

I don?t consider 3.5 stars a great rating. Haven?t liked Ghost since the Ghost 11

These were never gifted. One look at the slippery, "plastic" soles showed how slippery they would be. I thought the price was amazingly-low. Now I understand why.

So very disappointed with these. Again. The moment I stood up, the sneaker heels sunk in and I had zero support. It was like walking on jello. I have better support in my year old Brooks then this brand new pair. This is the second style I’ve had to return for having zero support.

I LOVE the Ghost line of shoes. They are absolutely the best. I wear Brooks because they are such good shoes, and that is just what my back, feet, and joints need. However, the 14s have made all my aches and pains reappear with even new ones popping up! I still want to wear Brooks shoes, but if the quality does not improve, or at the very least they don't bring back the 13s, I will definitely need to buy other shoes somewhere else.

Do NOT buy the GHOST 14 Running Shoe!!! I have worn Brooks Ghosts for years but unfortunately the Ghost 14 shoe has been redesigned and is totally uncomfortable! Even in a Wide width, the toe box is much too narrow and will absolutely destroy your bunions! The overall soft and comfortable feel of previous Ghost versions has totally disappeared! Please, Brooks, bring back our beloved Ghosts or bring back your previous shoe engineers who designed our beloved Ghosts.

Why can?t you make the cute colors in wide width? Those of us with wide feet would like something other than plain black or grey :(

Hurt my feet after just 24hours and not from work. Am a nurse and Ghosts have always served me well, not anymore. This discomfort was obviously from the shoes. Being I have worn them at work I can return them (infection control). Overtime, then new shoes.... sad.

I am med-surge RN. I have worn the Ghost 12 and 13, both very comfortable and with no issues from the start. The Ghost 14 caused foot and knee pain, something I typically don't have. This shoe also triggered my hip and lower back muscle pain which I wasn't having prior to trying these shoes. They are a very cute shoe and I like the more sleek look, but just not worth trying to break in any longer. Great customer service though and I will be looking to get a different pair.

I have been wearing Ghost since the Ghost 11s. I was excited to receive the Ghost 14. I love the shoes because of their wide toe box (I buy the wide width) and the cushion. I train for marathons, so I run quite a bit. I was really disappointed after wearing these shoes a few times. The toe box is not as roomy. My entire big toe nail fell off!! I have to cut my other nails really short or they also get sore. I am just continuing to wear them because they cost so much and my nail is already gone. I'm not sure if I will try and buy the Ghost 13 or try another brand.

Sometimes changing doesn't mean better. I just received my 14s today. Where to start... FLAT SHOES-LACES are terrible. Just walking around my living room they come untied. The sole is different that the previous model (I have owned 11, 12, and my wife has the 13). Its more cushion and less support. I liked the combination of both on previous models. The whole shoe is narrower that previous models. I was all in on the Ghost and you had to go and "make it better". It is not better. I just hope I can find an older model to purchase because I will not be keeping these. Other wise it is back to the store to find something else.

I bought this shoe because I am on my feet all day and hoped this shoe would be comfortable. I was wrong. Even though I bought a wide and at least a half size too big, it still put pressure on my toes. Also, my feet hurt. This shoe feels like it has no cushioning so it did not take long for my feet and ankles to hurt. I've never bought Brooks before and I don't think I will before. I bought them in our local Hibbett store and they do not allow returns on shoes if you have worn them. Since you cannot find out how a shoe truly feels without wearing them, Hibbett makes sure you won't bring anything back. Very disappointed all the way around.
