The shoe fit a+, but I had to return them, under the insole it felt like little nubbies were underneath, when I walked in the mall my feet hurt so bad I couldn?t wait to get home and take them off, I kept the first pair I bought because I liked the fit but I won?t use them for any distance walking. Any suggestions?

I ordered two pairs of Ghost 14 in "wide." I have two pair of Ghost 13 "wide" that are still very comfortable. The minute I took the Ghost 14's out of the box (both pairs) and tried them on, I knew immediately that they were not "wide" enough." The length seemed okay but the width was too narrow. I could not move my toes, especially the big toe and second toe. So I had to send them back.

Narrower in toe box than the Ghost 12, 13. Decided to measure after trying on, I felt side of toe rubbing just walking around house. I even noticed left shoe a tad narrower than the right. I would have ordered a Wide, but not offered so I returned and ordered a different brand. Sorry Brooks, you lost me.

Extremely uncomfortable. Too tight, and I have a very narrow foot and ordered my normal size. Bottom is like walking on concrete.

Worn every version of the Ghost since inception. Ghost 14 is terrible. I've stacked up on Ghost 13 as long as possible while they were in stock. I am a experienced high mileage distance runner and wear a size 10.5 regular width. The fit on the Ghost 14 is terrible. The size 10.5 fits like an 11.5. If I try going down a half size, the fit isn't right and the stride does not feel right. I've actually had to stop running to wait for the next version of the Ghost (Ghost 15) to get released, which was delayed and didn't come out in July as it usually does. Really hoping the Ghost 15 fixes the fit issue when it gets released.

Too narrow. Not long enough. After reading reviews, I saw they are true to size. Not true.

I?m so bummed the toe box has been made narrower. I?m an elementary school teacher and on my feet all day. I have worn Ghosts every day for years. I?m old enough now that I?m dealing with arthritis and my Ghosts got me through each day pain free. I put my new Ghost 14s on this week and was in so much pain all day. I?ve worn them once and can no longer wear them. I?ve thrown the box away since I thought they?d feel like they always do, so now I can?t even return them. Sadly, I?m now looking for another shoe.

This is my third pair of Ghosts and I loved the other two. However on this model, the shape of the heel is different. Instead of being contoured around my achilles it's a solid curve of padding and it's giving me insane blisters. I'm hoping it will soften as they break in but as of now they are unwearable and I can't return them because I've worn them already. Very disappointing.

Awful! The rubber on the bottom wore off after less than 3 weeks of running. The quality of these shoes has severely decreased. I have worn Ghost shoes for 8+ years and they never wear this quickly. I'm so disappointed!

I never write reviews but I hope this helps I?ve purchased ghost for a few yrs and loved them. This last pair the ghost 14 have caused such bad pain on the bottom on my feet that I can?t step down without pain. It feels like bruises all over the sole and heal. What happened to the cushion and fit like all of the others. This even happens in the gym and not just outdoors. The quality is so different!

They are not for standing all day. They hurt my heel so bad

So much padding in the back heel it pushes your foot forward. I wear a 9.5 (1/2 size larger than Reg shoes) but these tan my toe forward. Got size 10 and then front was so boxy and wide it was floppy. So much effort into padding that folks forgot that padding if not done right just causes blisters. Trying Levitate since Glycerin also has too much padding. I think problem is that the padding pis on a hard/stiff heel piece and there?s no give.
