Brooks Ghost shoes have been my go-to athletic shoes for years. I own many pairs. Unfortunately, recent models are making me re-think my choice. I find my older, worn Ghost 12's are more comfortable than the newer Ghost 14s. The loss of cushioning and support in the model sadly has changed this once great shoe.

I was so excited to get these. When they came I immediately put them on and stepped on my treadmill and OMG. I had to stop walking within half an hour. The balls of my feet were throbbing. I'd never knew sneakers could be so painful. Back they go!

I've been wearing Brooks for a long time and never had a problem. Ghost 14 is very uncomfortable. I've been breaking them in but it rubs the side of my heel and causes blisters. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This shoe was a half inch shorter than the last pair i received. Both pair say size 9

Show is great but I had to retie laces 10 times today on a 3 mile walk. A shoe is only good if it stays on throughout a workout. I have loved every other pair of my dozen Ghosts and Glycerins.

Loved the look but had to return them. I ordered a wide and the tongue was marked with a W but the toe box was very narrow. They rubbed on the side of my toes. Have not had this problem with other Brooks so not sure what happened. Only recommend if you have narrow feet.

Feels like there is something inside the left heels of my shoe jabbing me. I have had multiple pairs of the ghost series and never had this problem before

Unfortunately they are causing bruising. I have always loved my Brooks Ghosts.

I usually love the Ghosts, but the 14 feels like it has less support and the sizes seem to run bigger.

Love my ghost 13. Unfortunately, ghost 14 has a smaller toe box and is shorter in length. Sent them back.

I have worn these shoes for maybe a month at work and already have a hole by my back heel.

Narrow, stiff sole and feels like poor quality. Disappointing since I've run in Brooks Ghost for several years and really liked them. Will need to find new shoes or possibly an insert? Maybe the Ghost 15 is better?

These were purchased to give as a gift. I had looked at the size of their Ghost 13 before ordering the Ghost 14 they have owned many different versions of the Brooks Ghost for many years. The Ghost 14 caused pain in the outsides of their feet. Not sure what caused this but after comparing both pairs Ghost 13 vs Ghost 14 it was noticed the manufacturer location was different. They decided to return the Ghost 14, and they are now in search of the perfect pair of running shoes.

As soon as I put this shoe on, I could tell it was different than all my other ghost shoes. It was hard and after wearing them for a few hours I had to take them off.

I have 4 pairs of Ghost running shoes. I?ve never been disappointed until now. The toe box is more narrow than previous versions. The right shoe fit very snug and felt like it was higher than the left. Needless to say they were sent back immediately. I hope the 15 is like the older versions.
