I really liked the color of these shoes (Peacoat/Yucca/Navy). I bought them in a size 10.5, narrow width, since that's my normal shoe size (although generally I normally have to size up a half size in tennis shoes). I previously purchased an older version of the Brooks Ghost (v11 or v12) in a size 10.5, medium width. I'd worn the previous version for so long that I forgot that they ran just a little bit short in the length. I found I had the same issue with these. If I were to get them again, I'd go up to a size 11.
That being said, one of the things I didn't love about my older Ghosts and found I didn't like about these is the toe box runs the same width as the rest of the shoe. This was okay in the medium width, but in the narrow width, I found that the front of the shoe felt extra narrow. I think the shoe would stretch out over time, but given the length is a little short, I decided to return these.
I don't like any of the colors left in the size 11, narrow width, so I guess I'll wait for Brooks to release the next version and see if I like the size 11, narrow width, better.

Fit, length and width, were correct. Arch support is not compatible with my arch so I hope it will just take gradually wearing them in. I really want them to work.

I love Brooks but was disappointed with the Ghost 14, which were supposed to be a replacement for my Ghost 13s. The back ankle of the 14 is stiff (which caused a blister during my guest wear), a bit high (which made my low ankle socks roll down into my shoe) and even after wearing for a few weeks they just didn’t break in. Surprising as my past several pairs of Brooks needed no break-in period. I am returning the Ghost 14 and will buy another Ghost 13, which is tried and true.

Unfortunately, these shoes did not feel supportive and my feet hurt when wearing them only a short time. They might work for other folks; I have lots of issues with my feet.
I'd also recommend:

The shoe looks great it?s a bit tight though I guess it has to stretch out a little.

I really want to love these shoes, I?ve purchased 3 pairs for myself and 2 for my husband so far. We work in a hospital and are on our feet all day. These are perfect, feet feel great for about a month but after that the arch support quickly goes away and I?m back to aching feet again. For the price you pay for these shoes I would hope they would last longer. And also disappointed in the lack of design choices for wide sizes, you only get a couple colors/designs to chose from.

I absolutely LOVE the looks of the Limited Edition Ghost 14 (Black and Purple with leopard print) however when I ran in them I had pain in the center front of my foot? I am keeping them for walking and kicking around town because they look so nice and only bother me when running. I went to a local store and got another pair of Glycerins. I have had about 10 pairs in the past and they are the most comfortable running shoes for me. I really wish Brooks would spice up the styling of the Glycerin without changing the shoe itself. The color options for the Glycerin are kind of boring but it's the BEST running shoe I've ever had.

I thought that the Ghost 13 had more bounce to them, and fit me from the very beginning, I feel that even though I ordered the wide they are still a little snug and I do not have that wide of a foot

I thought they would be like the Ghost 13. They aren't. Too neutral, I didn't know that when I ordered them. I am still trying to get used to them.

I like the color choices but the shoe feels very stiff even after running a bunch of short runs to test it out (about a dozen runs each less than 3 miles). I am not impressed with these ghosts and will be going back to glycerins

Comfortable, but not the best Ghost shoe. I've had issues with the shoe laces constantly coming untied mid run. I wish there were more color options in wide width.

The Ghost model hasn't been the same for me personally since the Ghost 8. (I purchased two pairs of Ghost 8 and still have one of the pairs, which only just started to tear at the outer toes, after several years of wear.) This is my second Ghost pair after model 8 and neither has lived up to my expectations. I had the 11 and it lasted only one year before tearing and feeling uncomfortable. This new pair of 14s I got are just not as comfortable either. They don't feel as soft and like "walking on a cloud" as they used to. Maybe I need to try a different model, maybe my feet have changed, I'm not sure what it is...but the magic I once felt for the Ghost is just not there anymore. I don't actually run in these, I'm a walker. I do use them a LOT to walk all day at Disneyland on a regular basis.

Recently switched nursing positions to a job that requires a lot of standing in one spot instead of walking a lot? needless to say I am disappointed in these pair of shoes. Maybe if my job required more walking they would be better but my feet (mostly heels) and back kill me at the end of the day. Planning to switch these to my everyday shoes and see if they work better & buy another brand of work shoes.

The 14 ghosts initially felt great, no heal slippage and cushion, but after walking around, I round that rubbed my little toes raw.

The shoe itself is super cute and seems to be supportive, but after wearing an hour I definitely felt discomfort in the toe area. I would definitely recommend going up a half size in general because I do think the show runs small and know that the toe box area is narrow/crowded. Maybe going up a full size will resolve any crowding. The show is attractive and Zappos offers free returns so give it a go, but I would size up a 1/2 to 1 shoe size.

They are tight in the toe area. My 13's fit a lot better.

I?ve been wearing Ghost forever and I?ve always been exciting when I get a new pair because I know they?ll feel great! Sadly, the 14?s don?t fit the same. They don?t hug my foot like the previous models. I regret buying two pair at once.

This is my 4th iteration of the Ghost - my first were a pair of Ghost 10?s. Let me start by saying that the Ghost 14 is not necessarily a bad daily running shoe, it?s just not the cushioned shoe that previous Ghost iterations were. I really enjoyed my Ghost 12?s and ran nearly 900 miles in them before retiring them - the Ghost 14?s have about the same feel out of the box as those 12?s did at 900 miles (minus the slight knee pain) which I think may be why some veteran Ghost users are feeling mixed on this model, myself included. I haven?t done anything outside of my daily 5 mile run in these, so I?m not sure how they will feel if I decide to do a weekend 10 miler. As a daily trainer, these will likely perform just fine. However, I?ve stuck with Ghost?s through the years because of the road feel, and with the new neutral design I think it might be time to find a new shoe after I retire this pair? the jury is still out though.

I have been wearing Brooks since I began running in 2018 wearing the Ghost 12. I feel like the Ghost 14 has become more narrow in the toe box and seem to feel a little heavier. I am very loyal to the brand but thinking I may try a different style.

They changed the 14 and I do not like the changes. Previous Ghost styles were much more comfortable. My feet start hurting after 10-15 minutes of running. Laces are terrible and constantly come untied and are shorter than previous laces on Ghost styles. Previous Ghost styles much more comfortable, shouldn?t have changed something that was great.

Would love to review on comfort but can’t because they got stolen out of my car in the original box before I could even try them on. They looked awesome though! #hatetheifs!

They are perfect when I put gel inserts in them, which I shouldn't have to do to new running shoes. I think they are a little over hyped.

These were everything I wanted - except they were too small. I don't think I've ever had to go up a half size in a sneaker before. And, they don't have arch support. I could have exchanged for a half size larger, but that wouldn't have solved the arch support problem. So sad - these are really super cute!
