These are much narrower than the Ghost 12. Still a good shoe and not so narrow that I find it uncomfortable, I just wish Brooks wouldn't have changed the toe box.

Ghost 13 was a better shoe for me because the toe box was wider. By ?streamlining? the Ghost 14, Brooks created a shoe that I cannot wear. I loved the previous Ghost shoes?I have worn them for years. Brooks does a great job at making a running shoe that protects the foot. I would love to find a Brooks shoe that has a wide toe box?but not a wider shoe overall.

The shoe fits nicely, however I liked the Ghost 13 much better. The soles were way more comfortable than the Ghost 14. I don't use them for running, I wear them for work, 12 hour days with lots of walking

I bought these for standing at work. When I first bought them they were so comfortable, but now just a few weeks in they're already shot and I have heel pain in them. I weigh 110 lbs and I haven't done anything high impact in them so I don't understand how they could wear down so quickly. I won't be buying another pair. If they can't even hold up to simply standing how can you call them a running shoe?

Not as supportive and stable as I remember them to be.

These were super cute, I really wanted to keep them but I did not. it feels like the arch support doesn't line up with my arch and the base was very very firm. I like a little more cushion for the pushin'. They were so cute I wanted to ignore that they weren't a perfect fit, but I'm too old to pretend. I went with the Ryka shoes instead. Cute as well but way more comfortable.

I have several other pair of the Ghost 14, I’m not sure what’s different with this pair, but they do not fit the same and hurt my feet!

Returned these, the colors are not the same on the web as in person. I am fining that the Color I did buy are ok, but you guys are putting in very cheap laces. Not long enough and this is really a concern. I preferred the Ghost 13 as the toe are was wide enough for my short and wide foot.

It seems like something has changed. I haven't been happy with my last two pairs of Ghost 14. I don't know if cushioning has changed or what. They just aren't lasting very long and this last pair it seems non-existent. Maybe time for a change. Not sure if Brooks makes a shoe with more cushion.

I have a wide foot and I ordered a wide and 1/2 size up. Toe box was still narrow. So far I have found Orthofeet shoes to have the widest toe box and they are really comfortable. Plus you can wear for 30 days and return if they are not for you.

The shoe is okay. I actually returned this one. I have another pair, but I'm not in love so don't need two pair. I like that is narrow for my narrow foot, but I like Asics Cumulus a little better! I also have a size issue with Brooks. 8 is a little too small, and 8.5 is a little too big, so that's part of my decision too. I'm dealing with the 8.5 pair by putting a little insole on the bottom of the shoe to take up some room and add a little more cush! And I walk, not run.

Ghost 14 - my heel is kicking up dirt and getting mud on my socks - this never happened before - not sure why it's happening with this pair. Have bought Ghost sneakers for over 10+ years and always wore the same socks. Also, just bought this pair a few months ago and got a blister......also never happened before. What changed!!!!! I don't know what to buy now....

I used to love the Brooks Ghost but something has changed over the last two styles. They are now narrow in the back and upper higher up even with inserts they hurt. I kept walking around the house but couldn't get them to work. Returned and was disappointed in Brooks Ghost 14.

These shoes run very small, at least half a size smaller. They run wide in the front part of the shoe, maybe because I had to order a larger size.

Overall a good ride but seems to need a little more forefoot cushioning, and compared to the 13, seems to run shorter by about a 1/2 size.

This is my first pair of Brooks. I bought them because everyone I work with goes on about how amazingly comfortable they are. Most say they’re the most comfortable shoes they’ve ever worn. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts on my feet. I wore these for 2 shifts, and by the middle of the second shift I could barely walk. The bottoms of my feet hurt so bad. I don’t know if it’s just my feet or what. I won’t be able to use these as work shoes. I will have to stick to my tried and true (but worn out) Hokas! These Brooks are cute though. They’re just not for me.

Absolutely beautiful shoe! I love the look and feel of the Ghost 14 (I have 2 pairs). However, the shoe laces are TERRIBLE! The flat shoe lace doesn't stay tied well. I don't have to even double knot my Ghost 13s. But with this particular color (Black/Nightlife/Spa Blue), the shoe laces are even worse than all other Ghost 14s. While cute, because they incorporate some sparkle into the laces, they do not tighten well. It felt like I was about to break the laces when I was putting my shoes on for a run. And even then, they still slipped and couldn't stay tight, so my run felt sloppy and heavy. So, these cute and very expensive shoes will now become my work shoes. And I will use my other Ghost 14 for running. Bring back the rounded shoe laces, Brooks! And please avoid the sparkles in shoe laces of shoes that are intended for running.

Seemed to fit good. I usually love Brooks, however this is my 2nd pair of the ghost 14’s this year and I am very disappointed in them. After wearing for a couple months they really started to hurt my feet. I thought the first pair was maybe a defect or something but the 2nd pair had made things worse. I don’t know what exactly changed from the 13’s to the 14’s but they are not the same!

I love the shoe for stability and comfort. Durability falls short as my last pair of shoes broke down across the ball of my foot and I lost stability. I work out 5 days a week for 2 hours in a silver sneakers program. Although I am on my feet most of the 2 hours, there is no grueling running. The classes require lots of toe balancing, side to side movements, and stability in posing postures. The weird designs and co lors are definitely not my style being a conservative senior citizen. I would suggest a less bold approach since I am not seeing these weird styles on younger people around the gym. Of course, cost is always a factor.

I've been running in the Ghost13's I was reluctant to change but since I cannot find the 13's anywhere I though I'd give these a try. My right foot was happy, well supported, felt more cushy than my worn 13's BUT my left foot started hurting as they started to swell during the run to the point of having to cut the run short. I want my 13's back and I did return these :( and now on a search for a new shoe before it's too close to the marathon

Arches are way too high which made it uncomfortable even to walk in. I could see this would cause friction and heat with more intense use.
