This seemed to be narrower than the pair of Ghost 13 that I have.

These shoes are slightly shorter than New Balance & my toes bumped up against top front of shoe. I always size up 1/2 a size to allow for my orthotics. So no good with orthotics!
I'd also recommend:
New Balance works best with othotics

Crazy cute leopard print and purple, lightweight but not as comfy as I remember my first pair of Brooks being. They do well for a few hours but later in the day my feet are a little sore.

These shoes do not feel as high quality as the Ghost 13. They have an almost plastic or very cheap feel to them. While the base is good, I'm not thrilled with the shoe.

Wanted to love these but I just don?t like the fit. Been running in the Ghost series for many years since the 8s and have really liked them all until this one. The toe box just feels slightly firm and a little short. Considered returning and sizing up a half size but decided not to. I?ll be waiting for the 15s and maybe trying to find some more 13s instead! I do love the fun pattern though!

I have been wearing Brooks for many years. I have Ghost 11, Ghost 12, & the 14. I love how comfortable they are, until I wore the ghost 14?.. I believe the length of the shoe is shorter than my other ghost shoes. After running 6-7 miles, my toes crunch up starts hurting. There is no room to wiggle my toes. And us runners feet swell after 6-7 miles. I wear normal regular shoes size 6.5, running shoe 7M. I tried wearing 7.5 it?s too long. My feet are small & I keep my toe nails short to prevent to avoid hitting the front of the shoe. I ran twice wearing these shoes and going to give it another run or two to decide if I?m keeping or returning.

This is my 3rd pair of ghost 14s. Typically love them but something about this pair is really off- they are super stiff and very little cushion inside. Disappointed. Couldn?t return bc I threw away all the packaging assuming they would be as awesome as my previous pairs.

I have worn Brooks ghosts for many, many years and have loved them, but this was the first time I have not been happy with the shoe - they feel more narrow through the arch and heel area and by the end of a day of wearing them my feet ache - I work as a nurse and have always raved about this shoe for its all day comfort and cushioning and have never had to break the shoe in - not sure what is different about this model, but I am disappointed and if I could return them I would. The shoelaces are also annoying and need to be just a little longer for ease of tying them.

Brooks shies have always served me well in the cushion, drop height for limiting Achilles strain and performance. The ghost 14 provides the same. My only negative would be that I wish brooks would get onboard with the wider toe box design that mimics the natural forefoot shape of the human foot. If they did this, I?d never rotate through other brands.

I love the look and color. However, it seems that the heel bed is a bit narrow. It doesn?t bother my right heel but my left heel doesn?t quite seem to fit comfortably. I?m not sure why but it bothers me quite a bit. I am not using them for running just walking and standing on the job. I have been wearing them for a little less than 2 weeks. I will give them a couple of weeks and if it is still an issue I will return them. Maybe it?s just this pair as I have had Ghost 11, 12, 13, & 14 in the past. Thank you!

I normally wear the Adrenaline. I’m very disappointed. These are too narrow in the toe box and caused blisters . Going back to the adrenaline

I do really like these but I took a star off as I feel like the toe box is a little narrow (the Adrenaline are my favorite) and I also took a star off cause the colors for wide are very limited which I?d love to see change. I?d give it a 3 1/2 starts if I could.

Sadly, I am disappointed. While I love the way the shoe looks, they are not nearly as comfortable as my previous pair of Ghost. This one feels more stiff, less cushion and a bit more narrow.

I?ve had ghost since the model 12. I noticed a difference in the 13 but not big. The 14 is so different I don?t like them anymore. My heels hurt now and never have before. I wish I could just buy insoles for my old ones

It seems that the Ghost 14 doesn?t support the ankles/heels as well as the 13?s. Also,I will be checking the timing of the inside of the shoe and how they hold up. The 13?s tore inside after 6months.

I loved my Ghost 12s, but the 14s felt uncomfortable. It felt like the heel was too high, forcing me to strike too hard with the heel first. Slowed me down and jammed my knees. I returned these and tried the Glycerin 20s. Much better for me.

I loved the ghost 13 shoes, but in my experience the 14's are not as good for long distance running and don't feel as cushioned.

I've run in exclusively Brooks running shoes for 15+ years. Since the cancellation of the PureFlow line, I have struggled to find a replacement that suits my feet and my runs. I love the Hyperion Tempo for fast runs - it took a while to break the toebox in, which was narrow at first, but now I love them. I bought the Ghost as an every day running shoe (4-6 miles). I've been patiently waiting for them to break in but they just don't feel good. The seem a tad longer than my other Brooks shoes (same size), but the toebox is narrow. My toes go numb after 2 miles and the shoe feels SO SO clunky. The sole is shockingly thick and the midsole drop is just too high for me. Brooks, please create a suitable replacement for the PureFlow!!

Wore out the insoles but looked good on the outside. Started getting worn / torn spots around the collar/back inside area of the shoe padding. I changed from Ghost 14 to Glycerin 20.

This is my 2nd pair of ghost 14 and had the ghost 12 prior to that. The shoe is not nearly as comfortable and less cushioning than previous ones. My feet hurt by the end of the day if I'm on my feet for several hours. I loved my ghost 12, not So much the ghost 14
