Work in healthcare, aka, on my feet all day. Also do lots of hiking and road walking. It has enough traction to make it good on the trails/terrain but also not too much where I don't like it on the roads. Great shoe! The laces leave something to be desired but functional. Now just would love to see it in a waterproof version for Seattle winters.

The size 10 was very roomy in the toe box area. This felt uncomfortable for me because I felt like there’was a gap on each side of my foot. It is difficult to get a narrow in a cray, wild, bright colored tennis shoe that I wear for my daily destress walks.

Almost perfect . I have been wearing Ghosts since the 10’s when the Glycerin model changed so severely. I currently wear the 13 and love them but they are getting old - perfect fit in size 9 with orthotics. I am no an 8.5 without orthotic. However- the 14’s… narrower. I need a wide toe box , don’t want my toes scrunched together. I wear these all day from gym through daily life. No running. I had to get a 9 W in these- then play with every old orthotic and insole to get a comfy fit and they are good enough . As with almost all sneaker I change out insole to do ergo g more cushiony and supportive for standing in gym, errands and home. I bought the black and silver ( the 13’s were black & gold- really great looking and perfect fit). These look good too. I tried on many sneakers to find a decent toe box and shoe without tall tongue or attached all n one, no high back at heel. These were the winner .

My rating is 4 stars as the reason I returned them were the subtle changes to length & width . A cm in length and a few mm in width across the arch. This factor combine with the 100% DNA loft changed the entire experience for me. The length with the added softness felt not as secure as I ran, like I might trip on my toe. The Ghost 13 was my dream shoe in fit as well as Cushion. If I hd know those changes and that If the 13 Medium fits perfectly, perhaps try shoes in both regular size as well as a half size smaller and a wide (if you usually run in Medium). And see which is preferable.

I have loved and used the Ghost series shoe for running for a long time. I am unhappy with how, over the years that certain things have cheapened. For example, the laces are a cheaper material and often don't stay tied causing me to have to stop my run to tie them or tie a double knot which is hard and annoying to undo when finished. The thing that I particularly don't like about my new pair of Ghost 14's is that the tongue is extremely stiff causing it to cut into the front of my ankle when I'm running. Why would you construct a running shoe this way? On all my other Ghost shoes this piece was pliable and soft and shaped differently so that there was not an opportunity for this to happen. The way this new 14 is manufactured doesn't make any sense to me. I have, over time, bent it and worked it in so that it doesn't do this anymore, but I did have sore fronts of my ankles for several days before the shoe was broken in. Can you please make the shoe with a softer tongue and shaped so it doesn't get in the way of the repeated action of running? Just look at past models and use the shape and softness that you did with those!

The fit and comfort are great. While running my joints feel supported and my runs are smooth. I am experiencing some lower back pain post running, however I haven't been able to pin point it to the shoes. I am hoping after a couple more runs this will work itself out.

Good looking shoes. Well engineered for walking but they run fairly narrow. Ordered wide and even ordered a half size larger but they still feel narrow.

I love brooks and the ghost 14 is a great fit for my life. It has good support but isn't super heavy. The only thing I don't love about the brooks is their laces. They don't stay tied well - the laces changed a year or two ago and it is very annoying to have to stop because my shoes came untied (this has happened even when I double knot them). Overall, I am very happy with my brooks.

I buy these shoes for my plantar fasciitis--these are consistently on the lists of most supportive shoes. However, the gray photos are a little deceptive. The sole is much more gray than it looks in the pic--wish it were just white. Will probably still keep them but I was disappointed to see that. Would love more color options in wide sizes, very little selection available for me.

I have plantar fasciitis and stand and walk on n concrete for 10 hours a day. My Ghost shoes are the only ones I can wear at work that give me any relief. I have two complaints however. 1. I really wish they would last longer, I only get about 3 months of continuous wear before my feet begin hurting again. 2. That the shoe somehow had support to prevent my feet from rolling to the outside.

The fit and width feels good. But some how the arch to the center of my mid bottom of my feet feels uncomfortable.

I loved the way the shoes fit on my left foot, but the right foot has a problem toe and the toe box was not high enough. Also there was not a lot of cushioning in the shoe.

I would prefer a shoe that does not have a white base, as it tends to get dirty quickly and not clean up totally white. This affects the age of the shoe and where I can wear it. I am a walker, not a runner.

These are extremely comfortable! Whether I’m standing on my feet all day or taking a brisk walk or jog, my feet do not hurt at all. The shoe finder placed me in a size 10, but those were way too big. I exchanged them for a size 9. The new pair arrived the very next day!! The look is just ok. I’m not too crazy about the style but my feet don’t seem to mind ??

The fit is wonderful. My only problem is I can't take the black color which was the only one you had in my size. I am a 13. I would really like this in the white/heather/ebony or white oyster/Primer grey but NO ONE has these in 13!! Those of us with large size feet still like feminine colors!! Sadly, I have to return these though the feel and quality is great.

The shoe size is good in wide width, generous in the toe box. Arch support is adequate. Insole cushion is not as soft and comfortable in the Ghost 14. Bottom of feet needs more cushion for walking on concrete. The silver gray color is fine, but the color selection for size wide is very limited.

First time buying this style. I sized up 1/2 a size like I normally do in Brooks. Very comfortable & supportive for my workout at orange theory.

I wear a 9.5 in the Ghost 13’s. For these Ghost 14’s I had to size down to a size 9. I have purchased 2 pairs of Brooks shoes this month and both pairs I had to size down in. I have been a size 9.5 in Brooks for at least 7-8 years now. So either their shoes are getting longer or my feet are shrinking!

Long time Brooks fan. Having a hard time finding one to love this year. Ghost 14 is very cushioned. Feel my foot being pushed forward from too much heal padding. The heal is loose, but overly padded. There is no support under arch. The removable liner sits on mesh rather than the shoe. Even if I put in a more substantial insert something is very off. 12 mm drop might also be contributing. Wish manufacturers would stop changing models. Third Brooks I’ve tried and can’t find one that fits right. Even sized up for the Ghost 14. Still pushing foot forward.

Overall I love these shoes, but I'm on my second pair that have developed holes in the back around my ankle. The first pair I thought I had just worn them for too long, but the new pair is less than 4 months old and a hole has developed. Beyond that, they are great if you're a runner with plantar fasciitis, and they have a wider toe box which I love

Had to return. First I?ll say that the shoe is constructed well and looks good, but even though my feet are standard width, the toe box is too narrow. I also found the cushion to be very, very minimal and the foot bed too rigid.
