Bought these for my wife. She had been wearing the Glycerin but liked the color scheme on the Ghost. It took a week or so to break in but after that she loves these.

Usually love the Ghost series shoes but, this incarnation, I do not like the cut of the tongue and the shoe laces are WAY too short. The cut of the tongue causes irritation when I tie my shoes.

The ghost 14 are harder and not as cushioned for long distance running as the ghost 13 I wore out. The 13 was better for long distance running

The Ghost 14's are a good, cushioned running shoe. They are similar in feel and fit to the Ghost 13's. My only complaint is the laces are different for the 14's. They are flat and they do not stay tied unless you double knot them tightly. The Ghost 13's had these puffy laces that you only had to tie once and NEVER came untied. Why would Brooks change out such great laces for such inferior laces?

I wear these for walking. The podiatrist said he liked running shoes more because they had better support and more room for your toes.

Ghost 13 was perfect all around. This Ghost 14 is narrower and doesn't seem to be as substantial in the outside heel area.

I love Brooks Ghost, but they do tend to run a bit small. I normally wear a size 8, but got a 9 in this shoe and it fits perfectly. I wore them straight from the box and they were super comfortable.

I love brooks, I have bone spurs on each heel. These are the only sneakers I can wear. But I think ghost 13 has more cushion. Theses feel a little stiff and not enough cushion in the heel. . But I still love them.

My second pair. First pair was a 12 and I wore it out. This new pair is super comfy for my narrow feet. I use my Superfeet in place of the Brooks insoles. Only complaint--in sandy or dusty places, they not only let in the sand, but it gets trapped sort of between the fabric layers of the upper.

I loved my previous Ghosts 13's and expect to love the Ghost 14's. Felt great initially. Excellent cushioning and support. However, my right big toe now feels like it is in a little hole. I wear orthotics and have tried the shoes with and without the innersole. Not good either way. Maybe I need new orthotics, but they were fine with the Ghost 13's. I presume this problem is specific to me.

Longtime Ravenna user. Tried Ghost 12 but found too boxy. Since Ravenna retired tried Launch, didn't like so tried Ghost 14. Very comfortable and less boxy than the 12. Obviously top quality shoe. The only thing I don't like is that the laces are too short.

I have no idea why this is the case but I have a pair of ghost 14s in black that are amazing and I ordered a second pair (after 400+ miles on the black pair) in the blue/pink color way and they don’t even feel like the same shoes. Really stiff, uncomfortable, feel at least a half size larger than the black pair. Not the usual bouncy ghost soles, also felt much wider than the black edition. Maybe it was my specific pair, maybe it’s the different material composition. The black version is much more similar to ghost 13s and before.

Love almost everything about the shoe. It?s light weight and was comfortable immediately. The only thing I would like is a little more tread so they would last longer. I?m on asphalt so the tread was gone really quickly.

This is the first time that I wore Ghost and they hurt. I?ve been wearing them for years and have never had this happen before. The inside seam of the tongue is causing terrible pain every time I bend my foot.

I should have read the other reviews that suggested going up half a size. I bought my normal size (8 wide) and my toes were rubbing the top toe seams of the shoe. I don't normally buy Brooks, I usually wear Hokas, but the wide did not feel very generous either.
