I bought the adrenaline about 6 months ago and thought ‘these are the ones!’ But after my second pair of ghosts, I really think I like the ghost better! I am normally an 8 but have always bought 8.5 in brooks. I’d say that if you plan on running/working out in them always get a half size bigger! But I bought these in an 8 but only plan to wear them for street shoes or running errands. They were a tiny snug but not too small by any means. I also purchased the ultra boost 21 adidas… now that’s a shoe that puts a pep in your step, but it really has a bigger sole and just looks bigger on your foot. Very nice shoe too.

I am new to Brooks, with the Ghost 14 being my first pair, so I was a little hesitant when I read all the reviews saying the 14 was inferior to previous Ghosts. Glad I don't always go by reviews because these shoes are amazing. I have been a loyal Hoka fan for three years, but after having continued knee and hip pain with the cushiest of Hokas, I decided to give Brooks a try. The Ghost 14 sole isn't nearly as wide as my Hoka Cliftons, but somehow they are twice as stable. The upper hugs and conforms to my foot in all the right ways, rather than having my forefoot rattle around in an extra large toe box. The heel feels firmer than my Hokas, but somehow still provides the cushion I need for my somewhat flat-footed landings. I have been able to run without pain for two weeks now, which is a record for me. And though these are not stability shoes, the firmness of the sole and conformity of the upper seem to help with my supination issues. The Ghost 14 may not be the shoe for everyone, but it is DEFINITELY the shoe for me!

I love my Brooks! I am training for a 1/2 marathon in the Ghost 14 and my feet feel great! I just bought the thanksgiving holiday edition shoes. I need to know when they're going to come out with a halloween edition shoe! Something with spiders or glow in the dark webs would be awesome!

Found my shoe at last (thank you Zappos)! After trying Hoka brand in Bondi 7 and Clifton 8, I've found Brooks to be my brand. I need neutral cushioned shoe with wide toe box and medium fit through heel. Ghost 14 is just right. I'm late 70's, a walker not a runner, with typical old age joint issues. Normal street shoe size is 8M. Ordered Ghost 14 in 8.5M on advice of Brooks site and reviews. Great fit....generous toe box and heel doesn't slip. Doesn't feel heavy on my feet. I walk 3 miles about 3-4 days a week. Love the soft aqua color since I live in Florida. Nobody matches Zappos in customer service.

I wore the Ghost 13 prior to this new version - Ghost 14. I would say I am a 7.5 normally. I have a medium width foot, low arches and a narrow heal. I wore a size 8.5 in the Ghost 13 and I also got the Ghost 14 in an 8.5. They fit comfortably with a thin sock. Good toe space in the front.

I wear a 40 in EU sizes. Got a 9.5 and they fit great. My feet sang when I slipped these on! My job entails a lot of walking daily. 7-12 miles, have gone up to 19. The ghost series has proven itself day after day. The NYC print is really cute too.

These are my go-to walking shoes, however I I have been wearing this pair every day! I got the black and pink and they are really cute and comfy. I like the Ghost 14 even better than the 13, because they feel more cushiony on the bottom. I love these shoes!

Awesome cushioning. Easy on my knees and plantar fasciitis. (I do need an additional insole to help with my high arches). The shoes look as awesome as they feel. When I'm wearing my "magic shoes" I feel like there's nothing I can't accomplish. I've tried different brands but I always come home to my Ghosts.

Love the 14’s. Toe box is roomier than previous models and the flat laces really stay put. I had the same heel-shredding as others have noted on my 13’s. So far, my foot sits in these ones better and I haven’t had to keep stopping to readjust and relace. The black and neon color is awesome and it has little reflective accents on the tongue that I love.

I love this Brooks shoe especially for walking--enough arch support (I have a really high arch) and not heavy. It is the first time I have ventured outside my pallet of dark grey or blue or white. I do like to coral/white combination but it will take a while to catch my clothes up to it. Thanks

I have seen many reviews that this is not the best Ghost shoe. It?s quite the opposite for me. Ghost 14 has been a pleasant surprise!! I recently changed my workouts and doing more treadmill work. Ghost 14 has performed better than Ghost 13.
