Length good, but anyone with high arches beware to get wider. I have standard width but right foot arch high due to foot problem.
Comfort and cushion are right on!! Especially with arthritis. I have the black and navy and they look good. Not all the nonsense decorations they are doing these days. Comfort and cushion and looking good are what it's about! ;-)
I'd also recommend:
I only stick with Brooks these days. Some Nikes are OK.

I'm SO happy I found these and decided to give them a try. They are such a SMOOTH ride. Super comfy AND roomy (spaciously wider than narrow) toe box!!! I love these and would highly recommend for both pavement and treadmill running. I am normally a size 8-8.5 in Adidas and a 9 fit great with the Ghost 14 with just enough extra room at the top for my toes to now be uncomfortably hitting against during runs. They run more wide than narrow on a regular (non wide) sneaker and I appreciate that.

Brooks Ghost 14 felt good right away. I've been wearing Ghost for years, starting with Ghost 10. Someone recommended Hoka One One Arahi 5 and I tried them but the 8 1/2 (my size) was slightly too big and the 8 was too tight, so I went back to Ghost. My inserts fit right in and I keep my planters faciiatis at bay. BUT NOTE: The shoelaces are too short for me. I had to buy new ones. This is the first time I've found this negative in Ghost.

My daughter has flat feet which creates her ankles to roll in. Finding a shoe that supports well and is teenage style approved is hard to come by. This shoe is perfect all the way around. Great support! She also loves the look. Five star rating!!!

The best sneakers I’ve had in a long time . I purchased these in a 7.5 and they are absolutely perfect. I often get an 7 or an 8 and sometimes I’m unhappy with the fit regardless of what size I get, ie . The 8 leaving too much room in the toe or the 7 being too snug . These have to be the truest 7.5 I’ve ever tried on .

Running shoes that are actually flattering on foot (as much as running shoes can be). These accommodate my wider toe box while not letting my heel slip, I size up to an 8 bc of my toe box. This is my second pair of these, I like the gray color scheme. The 14 is better then the 13 in terms of models of the shoe, in my opinion.

I've worn the Brooks Ghost for 3 years now. I buy 1/2 size larger than my regular shoes, and they fit just right. This color pattern is not that attractive, but the performance is spot on.

These shoes feel just like my Ghost 12's. They fit just like the 12's do -- I purposely get them 1.5 sizes larger than I normally buy so the toe box is wide enough and the shoes are comfortable for running.

These are a great neutral shoe with good cushion and enough of a curve at the toe box to decrease pressure on great toe. Good if you have some loss of big toe motion. Was able to wear them at work all day and go for a 3 mile walk and they felt great.
