I?ve had these shoes for about a month and am enjoying them for high intensity interval training workouts. I had a pair of Hoka?s, but was experiencing arch pain when running in them, which I am no longer experiencing with the Ghost 14 shoes. Something worth noting: these are not shoes I?d want to walk a long distance in, but they feel great for running. I found them to be true to size.

I'm not a runner, but I've been using these shoes for long walks (treadmill and outside) and workouts. I love the sturdiness of this shoe. I feel like I could use it for anything! It's a great design with a roomy toe box, which I love. The only thing that would make this shoe absolutely perfect for me would be a bit more cushioning in the heel, inside the shoe. That's a personal preference, though, because I have heel pain issues. Nothing an insert can't help with. Overall, I think the shoe is great and I love the Ghost color options!

I have 5 styles of Brooks and like them all. The Ghost is very light weight and cushy. I am a walker not a runner and I love the bounce they give me. I have referred many of my friends to try them.

I am a physical therapist and often recommend sneakers for my patients. These are among the mist supportive and comfortable sneakers I have worn. I have another pair of this style and they wore well through extensive outdoor walking and running on a treadmill. LOVE them!

I bought this pair of shoes for my sister and she loved them! She is an avid walker and she loves how cushioned and comfortable these shoes are. I have converted her to a Brooks Ghost fan.

I discovered these shoes about 3 years ago and now they are all I buy. They hug my foot perfectly and offer lots of cushion. Important for someone like me post back surgery

I took the advice of the "size checker" on one of my shoe "research" sites and ordered a 9 B in the Brooks Ghost 14 even though I normally wear an 8.5 AA (narrow heel; problem with slippage). It saved me a Zappos' Return! Once they arrived, I "Ghost-ed 14" through the whole day without a twinge, an increasingly rare occurrence with lace-ups and keeping spring in my step. The 9 B allows all the toe-scrunching/wiggling I desire while my heels still stay put; and they're so light, I feel somewhat ethereal, not to mention stylish. Comfort and Cutting-edge? Yes, indeed!

The "sizing center" suggested that I order 1/2 size up for this brand/style i.e. I wear an 8.5 A (narrow heel), yet the site suggested a 9 B for the Brooks Ghost 14. Good advice, saving me a return! I "Ghost-ed 14" ALL DAY with no discomfort, something that's a somewhat rare event these days . My feet are changing as I become more venerable, yes; but, shoe styles are set to different lasts, as well. New Balance used to fit me well; now, it's a toss up, depending upon whether or not they're made in the USA.

I usually wear a size 7.5M in a dress shoe, 38 UK size, 8M in a sneaker - but in the Brooks Ghost, I wear a 8.5M. I have been buying the GHOST since the 12 model, buy a pair about every 6 months, I wear them for fast walking. I have a wide foot, so the fit in the toe bed area is always my #1 concern. I've tried on HOKA and had a pair of ON - the toe bed in both is not as wide and the shoe isn't as comfortable to me as the GHOST.

The Brooks Ghost 14 (Wide Width) fits fine for a person with wide feet. Now I had to return them because my feet are flat and the arch is too hard and after a few minutes they hurt the arch area. Sad as I liked everything else about them. They had lots of room for my bunion also. This sneaker checked almost all of the boxes.
