I really like Brooks shoes and have bought them in the past. I was disappointed in this pair as the shoe laces were cheap and not long enough. They raised the price and still provided cheap shoes laces.

I have two pairs of the previous model of this shoe, the GTS 21. I use one for indoor one for outdoor. The outdoor needed replacing and now the only option is the GTS 22. Very few colors available in my size, I picked what appeared to be the best choice for me, pearl/Black/Metallic. I have no idea why they call it pearl, it's pink and not a pretty pink. The shoe is ugly. I used VIP points so I don't want to return and lose those. I guess I'll keep it and use it indoor at home where no one will see it. Disappointed in the colors. Pearl?? no, ugly pink. The pink liner is much darker than represented in the picture online.

I think there's something wrong with my feet. I had been wearing Asics, and then the last pair I bought, always the same style, hurt so bad I could barely walk. I went to Brooks Adrenaline, and this was my fourth or fifth pair - same thing, can barely walk. So, I'll see maybe they'll fit my mom. I ordered a couple pairs of Saucony and a pair of Ryka's to try, and am keeping a pair of Saucony. Not sure what the issue is, maybe the shoe companies change them so much after a few cycles?

I have been wearing Brooks for a while and have had several pair of the Adrenaline line. I always feel the need to swap the insole for a better one, recommended for plantar fascitis. This pair is meh for me. The heel is already breaking down and the laces are maddening, they are slippery and always untie. So, now I need to buy a new insole AND different laces? Maybe they shouldn't be as expensive then.

There was no arch support to speak of but I use my own orthotic anyway. The shoe fit perfectly however it had very little cushioning which was very noticeable in the heel as it aggrevated my hip and knee. I was very disappointed and I'm beginning to feel like Cinderella.

I ordered the alloy/pearl/green and the pearl/black/metallic in my regular size 8M, and the alloy felt much wider than the other. I though it might be an anomaly, so I ordered another 8M in alloy as well as an 8N, and they both felt too wide. The pearl/black was also a bit roomy in the toe box for me (but not like the others), so I returned all.

Not as good as the GTS 21. The sole feels harder and doesn't feel like there is as much support. The soles felt hard and I do not feel like it supported my stride. I have wide feet and really appreciated that the laces on the 21 could go all the way to the top and be double-knotted. The laces on these are so short. And my 21s lasted a good six months, and these died after barely four. Hoping the 23s will be much better.

I really wish these had worked out because overall they seem like a high quality shoe. However, the size was not meant to be for me. Ordinarily I wear an 8 in "regular" shoes and an 8.5 in sneakers, which is what I originally ordered. The 8.5 were too small so I sized up to 9 which were unfortunately too big. The sizing just didn't work out.

These shoes were not nearly as comfortable as some I bought a year ago that were the same style and fit. I'm returning them. I'm a nurse and I can't afford to wear shoes that hurt my feet.

These definitely run small. I normally wear a size 8 in shoes but a 8.5 in sneakers, so that's what I ordered. There's a recommendation to size up and for me it seems like I need to size up one whole size. Going to try a 9 and see if those work out better. Otherwise, it's a nice lightweight shoe though I feel that it still offers stability.

I have purchased Brook Adrenaline shoes for many years… same size…. This years the Wide size seemed narrow when I use my same socks. I returned.

I am very happy with the fit & support of the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22. My feet feel great in them, and they are structured enough so that I don’t “roll” my prone-to- pronate right foot. My podiatrist loves them. For my feet, Brooks is just right. I have narrow heels, high arches, and am a little wide at the ball of my foot. I like a roomy toe box. The Brooks seem made for my feet. Why not a higher rating? Well, unfortunately they are not that good looking. They look slightly stodgy. The color combinations are truly hideous, and there isn’t just a plain white option. (White & silver is the closest.) So wrapping it up, the shoes are great for walking all day, working out at the gym, but you won’t be getting any compliments on how great they look.

Ordered the Adrenaline GTS 22 in two colors, both 8 mediums. The Alloy/Blue/Green were noticeably wider than the Pearl/Black/Metallic. I checked both pairs & boxes and they were 8 mediums, and there was no way to tell which was true to size so returned both. Zappos rep said they are shipped directly from Brooks, so it was disturbing that the sizing could be so off in the same exact model shoe.

Every new model of Brooks running shoes I’ve tried in the last 2 years have caused blisters on my heal. I’ve worn Brooks shoes for 16 years religiously and have never had these issues. It’s something about the position of the back of the shoe that was changed. I’m very disappointed.

I really liked the style of this show but it was tight and short in the toe. I bought my normal size of 10M but will be returning because overall it wasn't a good fit for me.

The Adrenaline is more narrow than last year model and was too tight on the sides of my feet. Sadly had to return.

I believe the new style has a lot of potential, but I do not like how wide the "tongue/lacing" space is compared to the 21's. They make your feet look like hobbit feet (fat, high and wide). The shoelace are much, much shorter because of this gap.
