I always get the same size shoes which always fits, but these shoes seems very narrow at the front and not much room for toes. I would suggest purchasing maybe half a size bigger than normal for this reason. I'm personally not a fan of todays shoe design with big, bulky wide heels, and the small front with no toe protection and also thinner sole. These shoes are very light, which is a plus, but for me would be much more comfortable with more width in the front, and also a more even sole that was not so bulky in the back. More thickness of the sole towards the front as well would be another plus for me. If it was very cold out, I'm sure toes would get very cold also.

The shoes disappointed - arch support was lacking. Zappos, in the other hand did not disappoint. They helped me with an exchange for a different shoe with better arch support.

Fit seems smaller than the previous version (tighter on toes) Hate the laces, wish they would be better quality like they used to be

The Adreneline has been my go-to running shoe for years. It's hard to find a stabilizing shoe that runs narrow enough for me. I always order the 2A width, and it's always worked out well until now. The heel cup on this pair is way too wide for me, and my heel moves around in the shoe when I run, so much that I have completely shredded the lining/ padding at the back of the shoe even though I haven't' put too many miles on them. I also agree with other reviewers that the quality of the materials seems inferior to previous years.

I saw an ad on Facebook about Brooks shoes. I posed a question regarding which style best suited those with plantar fasciitis. Several days later I received a message on Messenger that the Adrenaline would probably work well for me. Unfortunately I still suffer severe heel pain the next day after wearing them for a 12 hour shift and I most definitely can't wear them two consecutive days. They are actually very comfortable which is ironic considering the pain I suffer afterwards. They are also very stylish. I also believe that they are very sturdy and well made.

These are awesome shoes. Can work 12 hours on my feet and not hurt. Would recommend. However, the Ghosts are even better than these. So make your own judgement call.

It is a very good supporting and stability shoe. It was not soft enough for me. I have had 3 surgeries on my feet so I need more cushioning. It also ran small. I have a pair of the Revel 5 and I need 1/2 size bigger for the these.

Y0u changed it from previous years,. I used to wear a women's 81/2 EE or a men's 7.5 EE. Both are not as wide as they were: I have to wear a men's 7.5 EEEE . Disappointing that this has happened and the color choices are not great.

I've been running in GTSs for a few years now. This is my 3rd pair. I've ran 3 half marathons - each in the GTS. This is the first time I'm not in love with the shoe. I felt less support at the front of the shoe. Come mile 10 I felt every step I took in the balls of my feet. I find myself going back to my old GTS pair as I train for my current run. I have history of IT band problems which is why this has become my go-to sneaker for long runs. Hoping the next model is better.

The shoes I ordered looked darker online then they do in person. I love the fit but not really liking the color.

Brooks has gone the way of ASICS and diminished the toe box volume of this shoe. I have bought earlier versions of this shoe, and this one makes my toes hurt. The ankle for the toes is sharper.

The shoes are well made and a lot of the nurses where I work wear them. They were recommended to me. But, the arch is very high and hurts my instep. I think I'm going to have to exchange them.

Why did they Brooks change the adrenaline so much?! The GTS21 was the best version of this shoe, but unfortunately we're at the mercy of the model changes. Th e laces are horrible on this shoe (too short if you heel lock your laces) and come untied. The pressure on the tongue is uncomfortable, as was the GTS19 series. Please bring back the features and comfort of the GTS21!

I purchased them because I work on concrete. I'm somewhat disappointed. My feet hurt and burn after my shift. The first pair I bought, the same kind worked much better. The shoe itself looks good. My main concern was helping me while at work. Cynthia Pullig

I'm not a runner, I'm a nurse who does 10 hour shifts.translates into 12 hour dayand gets at least 10,000 steps a shift. The shoes are fair. Not as much support for my high arch ( I had to add extra insoles) and they run smalland what the heck happened to the shoelaces?!? I had to buy longer ones since I could barely tie them! Sorry, just don't love them like my last 2 pairs!

The women's Glycerin in extra wide were the best ever - the Adrenaline and Dyad don't come close enough to keep me as a Brooks customer. I will be looking for better options that provide comfort and the width promised with an extra wide shoe.

I have the adrenaline 21 they were great have them for over 1.5 years. They are a women’s 11 wide. With the adrenaline 22 I decided to go to an 11.5 wide and they feel a tighter than the 11. It’s just frustrating when sizing is inconsistent especially when ordering online. Brooks please do better. For that matter all shoe manufacturers need to do better with sizing consistently.

I love this shoe and buy it at least once a year because it comes in my size (7EW). This year's style is tighter in the toes than it has ever been. Overall the comfort and fit is good and consistant, but the toes seem a bit more cramped. Some things just don't need to be changed.

I'm a little disappointed with this year's model. I've gotten the latest Adrenaline GTS model in each of the last 5 years, and the tweaks that you've made to the shoes (if any) have been wonderful. This latest model is hurting my feet. It's "eating" my ankle socks, causing blisters on the backs of my ankles, and causing achiness in my feet and calves. I was hoping that I just had to adjust to them, but after a few weeks of using them every day, the issues remain. I still really like how they are light but sturdy. They give me support without making me feel like I have blocks on my feet. But it might be time to shop for a different model.

The fit is a bit different from the Brooks Ghosts I usually wear. It almost feels like my feet point downwards as I run. I needed insoles to get more support.
