Big disappointment! I have been wearing the Adrenaline for years, but no longer! The 22 heel counter is much wider and stiffer than the 21, leading to slippage and blisters on my narrow feet. Also, the shoelaces are WAY too short even for my narrow (laces pulled up tightly) feet.
I will be looking for a replacement from another brand.

I have been an avid fan of adrenaline and glycerin models. I purchased the new adrenaline and it was a horrible decision. The shoe is way too narrow, that after a two mile hike I could not walk the next day. My heels hurt, the top of my foot was in pain, it was just overall horrible. The shoe laces are way too short and kept coming untied.

The worst Adrenalines yet. I really missed the extra wide this year, but I can usually wear a wide just fine so I figured I'd probably be ok this one time. Nope. These shoes, even in wide width, are so narrow that it feels like the circulation in my feet are getting cut off. Also, I had to order longer shoelaces from a different company. What's up with the laces? Unfortunately, I will have to send these back and look for a new brand if Brooks is going to do away with the Adrenaline extra wide width. These were the only shoes that fit. The Adrenaline 20 and 21 were awesome. Too bad
