Rubber soles wore out very quickly loosing their grip. I've bought previous models of ASICS GT-2000 before and the soles have lasted much longer.

I returned a pair of 12s and the 12 wide didn't seem any wider.

Had a difficult time getting my foot into this shoe. It was particularly tight in the heel area. I have had Ascics in the past with good success.

I got an 11(2E) The said 11 wide not 2E. They fit I'd love more colors. I do have a mens'9 1/2 2E. I love them. Please make more colors I'll be your loyal customer. Give me color. I need red!

Something changed with this version; I am getting a blister below the joint between the big toe and the 1st Metatarsal on my right foot; just where you would expect a bunion to form. I have worn ASICs GT-2000 family for over 10 years and have never had this problem before. I am using the same size and width, and the same socks. It feels like the ball of my right foot is bottoming out more easily. I know that the insert material is new, so I will try swapping it out with inserts from my old 8s or 9s to see if that makes a difference. Right now I am limited to short runs and am rotating between these 10s and the 9s and 8s hoping the blister will go away. These short 5+ mile runs are only for training; I need a half/marathon shoe and this can only be a trainer for me.
This shoe feels a bit thinner and more flexible than the older shoes, maybe the arch is lower or further back? I would give the previous two versions 5 stars. These previous versions were an improvement over previous models, feeling lighter, better ventilated, more cushioned, and importantly, it is harder for my big toe to blow through the top of the shoe. This blow-through is usually a cause for shoe retirement, along with just hitting my arbitrary 400 mile limit.

I have to return them. They are the size I order all other brands and types of shoes, but they're too big. I wish I could just exchange them. Also, it's kind of a hassle to return them. I might decide to take a chance and order a smaller pair. I might not.

Tread does not last too long. Its now July 13 and i started wearing the shoes for running since June 2. I have had a rough time being able to run and with the 39 miles I put on the shoes since then, the tread is almost completely gone. However, the shoe is comfortable and the threading is durbale, just wish tread would hold on lo ger.

My foot slides around inside the shoe even though they are the right size and fit. The insole is slippery. Also their is barely any stability.

No where near as comfortable as previous models - weight has been reduced at the cost of comfort - the shoes won't last more than 6m

The shoes are fine but as I officiate basketball I was looking for black shoes. These shoes were advertised as black but are actually grey.

I've been wearing Asics footwear for over 10 years, so I'm pretty devoted to the brand. I love the styling and the support they provide for both my walking and running. And since I have plantar fasciitis, I really need excellent arch support and stability.
Sadly, I also have wide feet. And as anyone who runs/walks and also has wide feet, you know that footwear manufacturers do NOT cater to this market. Your choices are far and few between. Until recently Asics offered a decent selection of shoes in my size (11 4E). However my last two purchases (Gel-Nimbus 23 and this model, GT-2000 10) are not comfortable right out of the box. They have to be broken-in. Oddly, I didn't have that issue with the Gel-Nimbus 22, so when that model was discontinued, I was hoping that the 23 would have the same fit. That was not the case. Same with this model.
So my advice to my fellow wide-feet runners is to break these in with moderate walks and/or a shoe stretcher, because the last thing you want is to commit yourself to a serious run and your little toes feel tight and cramped against the outside of the toe box.

It's ok but it's given me blisters on the side of my right toe. Waiting for it to toughen up and turn into a callus. The nova blast was too long at size 8 1/2 and this one feels tight with a size nine

I have been wearing ASICS GT 2000 shoes for many years but the GT 2000-10 does not fit my foot very well. This is my second pair of the 10s and it also makes my foot go numb from the lacing. I could not return them since I had already cut the tags off. I will donate this pair as well. The GT 2000-8 is very comfortable to wear but not the 10s. I will have to switch to a different brand of running shoes since I cannot find any 8s still available.

I've been a loyal Asics user for close to 20 years. The tread on the new model is significantly less and I seem to burn through them in no time. Reluctantly I switched brands

I've been wearing this model for 15+ years. I typically have 3 pairs in rotation (the newest ones to run in, a pair for everyday, and a pair to mow the lawn in). This latest version though... not so good. I get the feeling that Asics just cheaped out on us. If I wanted cheap, just-foam sneakers, there are plenty of Nike models to choose from. It's no fun to have to say this. I really hope they go back to what worked for at least the 17 years I was wearing them!

I don't own the shoe color displayed for this review.
Bring back more colors for this type (or at least the outline of the logo) especially bright colors and not just black/blue/grey

For whatever reason, these shoes were hard to put on. I don't know if they were in the box a long time and closed up or it was something else.

To be honest, I do not like the GT-2000 10 as much as previous versions of this shoe. This is my fourth pair from the GT-2000 series, and I have found the "10" to be much larger and bulkier than previous models. I prefer the "sleeker" profile of the 9. Thank you.

I'm a wearer of the GT-1000. I figured get the 2000. The colors are awesome. Wrong! They do not fit the same at all. Too small and tight in the heel.

After a couple of hours the right shoe makes a fart noise on every step. I bought 2 pairs and the second pair is now doing the same thing. I do not recommend this model.

Should've stuck with my Gel-pulse 12's as these actually hurt my feet and back. I wouldn't buy these again.
