I have been wearing Keyano since 2009, and I miss the 27s. The 28s fit weird and, the first time I put them on, the backs of the heels on both shoes caved in. Now, everytime i pit them on, I have to wrestle the padding back up. Very disappointing. I will be looking for old 27s online to wear until the 29s come out. I hope that you undo whatever it was that did to the 28s. They are terrible. Several of my friends have mentioned feeling the same way about the 28s, so I know it's now just me.

Unfortunately The left shoe hugs my heel and the right shoe is loose. I cannot run in them but I didn't know if I can take them back for another pair maybe this is just a defect pair. I like the color though. I have not wore them they are still in the box

What's happened to the quality of the GEL-KAYANO(27 & 28)?!?! The quality is slipping!! I'm putting cushioned inserts inside after one week of using my GEL-KAYANO 28s. Very disappointing!!

I have worn ASICS in a narrow width for many years. Sadly, this particular running shoe was extremely in comfortable. The sides if the shoe sat high on my foot and dug into my foot. In had to return then.

This shoe has pretty much squeaked since I got it and parts of it I had to glue because it was coming apart. I have never had a kayano shoe do this before. Not impressed with this particular shoe.

Too tight, it makes my feet numb. Sized up already

Shoe runs too big... ordered them in my usual size at asics. I threw away packaging so can't return.

These shoes are so uncomfortable due to the narrow width.

After wearing Gel-KAYANO 28 for 4hours my soles and waist will hurt, very uncomfortable. I'm disappointed that they cannot be returned. KAYANO 20 & 26 is the most comfortable, KAYANO 27 is fine but KAYANO 28 is the most uncomfortable for me.

On the sole the sides came apart within the first week of wearing.

I love the color. There is too much of a difference between the arch support and outside edge of the foot. I really need something that will help support me as I move laterally. This shoe pushes me to the outside edge of my foot. I wish you were more consistent from one model to the next. Why keep altering them?

Not what was expected. I have an older pair of ASICS but these hurt my feet.

Absolutely hate them, feet hurt everywhere. Have tried relacing, different insoles and several thicknesses of socks. Nothing has worked, the shoes are just all around uncomfortable

Let me start by saying I'm a long time Ascis user (over 10 years) and by far Asics is my favorite brand. This pair however is disappointing! It's extremely uncomfortable, I wore it few times and each time I wanted to stop my workout to take them off. I have blisters and hesitate wearing them. I bought another pair in different color that I will be returning.

My Gel-Kayano 27s were the most comfortable shoes ever but over time I wore down the soles so it was time for new ones. The Gel-Kayano 28s are a completely different shoe, with a stiff ankle enclosure that feels like a torture device. I put them on as I was headed out for a walk with a friend, assuming they would be comfortable out of the box like the 27s, and they just hurt more with each mile. If you liked the 27s, don't expect the same with these!

I have been a long-time Gel-Kayano wearer, and order a new pair every 3-6 months. I am not sure if the design changed or I received a lemon of a shoe, but the Gel-Kayano 28 that I recently ordered have shredded the back of my ankles to the point of bleeding. I even wore bandaids, hoping that I could still wear the shoes until they broke in, but the rubbing was so severe that the bandages came off.

I bought two pair. One pair is great the other the heel is messed up in one pair after the first wear. I have a terrible time keeping it pushed up to keep from rubbing.

Kayano 28 Muy feo y muy grande ya no sirve con sus plizas ya que no quisieron hacer el cambio ya que ese zapato sale enorme y muy ancho se ve horrible no lo recomiendo.

The sizing on this sneaker is way off. I always order up 1 size and this sneaker actually small.

The shoes fit much different than my last 35+ pairs of ASICS. I am going to have to return these. They are giving me foot pain. I bought a pair for adult daughter too and she told me she cannot wear them either!!!
