These were recommended on a review for walking on treadmills. I like them and am getting used to the difference from previous pair (not Asics). Too soon to give a fair review, although I have always liked Asics footwear.

So far, so good. Nice comfortable shoe. I can't say the same for Asics running socks I bought. They slide down into my shoes and are uncomfortable. I am wearing the correct size according to their guidelines.

Shoe cushion and balance is great but one star reduced because the padded collar is little irritable, it has caused irritation in the ankle when wearing thin low ankle socks.

Good shoe. Lot's of cushion. I have been buying this shoe for the past few years since it was recommended by a physical therapist.

Well made shoe. Runs small order 1 size bigger. Lighter than previous model. It would be a perfect shoe but, the ankle cuff is too puffy. Also, it is more of a dark grey than black. I would have preferred a true black. The previous model was black with white highlights.

I wore them to Disneyland as my previous experience with this model was good. (2 generations ago.) This version of the GEL-KAYANO 28 caused large blisters to form on both of my heels. I could barely walk by the end of the second day. I should have purchased the previous version instead.

Purchased these for walking every day. They are very sturdy and the gel offers great cushioning. I do use a third party insert to add a higher arch support. I have a need a large toe box (4E) and a narrow heel. With the insert they fit perfectly.

Nice looking. Well made. The shoes are clunky to run in. Not a shoe you could just run in. Shoes are not fast on the tennis court

I have been wearing Kayanos since the late 90's. Always a great product. When I bought my 1st pair I spent a good chunk of money buying and researching different shoe brands. The Kayano turned out to be the most comfortable of all. Every once in a while I will buy another brands,so called "comparable shoe". But none has ever come close to the comfort, support and quality of the Kayano line. I highly recommend this product.

Our family loves these shoes! These shoes are the only ones my son would wear during high school cross country and track!

My first pair of Kayano's after using using Nimbus. These are incredibly comfortable shoes, supportive and feel stable on my foot. Very happy I tried them.

Have recently upgraded to this shoe from an earlier model. Great comfort as I walk about 50 miles a week. Just bought another pair!!

Outstanding running show and has been my only one for over 20 years. Kayano Strong!

Mediocre at best. Shoe isn't as responsive as previous models. I personally don't like the foam insoles.

The same sizes fit appropriately, but the outside of the shoe is one inch longer than previous models of Gel-Kayano. The old exterior length was much more desirable. The new longer length just causes tripping. Hope Asis goes back to Gel-Kayano 27, 26 design.
