Wonderful shoe, support is excellent. Not a negative but just a difference is the shoe is low at the ankle/heel area.

Thesis shoes helped me get over my ankle pain that i had for almost a year and was able to get back to running. I am now on my 2ed pair and will continue to buy the kayano 28 for as long as i can.

the 27 are better shoes then the 28 gel-kayano. sssssssssssssssssssss

so far they have been great, they have great cushion yet they feel stable. cannot comment on longevity yet, hopefully they didn't compromise durability to save weight. we'll see

So much better than the 27s, which I had problems with.

Shoe is very very narrow- much more than my previous Gel Kayanos which is aggravating- oh well back to Hoka wides

They are comfortable but the side to side stability is a bit sloppy in my opinion. Will I still wear ASICS? Yes, they are my absolute go to but I do prefer the 27 model over the 28.

Very comfortable overall, but i get blisters on the inside of my heel. Apparently older iterations of the kayano also caused this issue for some people.

Love the shoe, great support but runs a little over a size big. I have 3 pair (2 Nimbus & 1 Kayano) and the Kayano are 7/8 of an inch longer than the Nimbus.

I've been buying Kayan for over15 years same quality as always. Wish I replaced my running shoes earlier

I always order a size 10.5 extra wide but for some reason these were tight. I loved all my ASICS but these were alittle smaller and tighter than expected

Great but the shipping time was slow I expected earlier

I really like the shoe and it is comfortable but the tongue isn't wide enough to stay under the laces for me. I still prefer my two year old GT-1000 and will probably go back to that line.

Comfortable and fit well. Color scheme is not latest trend.

I was a Nimbus fan for several years, but the new Nimbus 24 changed quite a bit and I had to look for a new go to running shoe. I thought I would try the Kayano 28 and glad I did. It is very supportive and provides a lot of cushion. I have only put on 65 miles as of this writing, but I'm thinking that I have found that go to shoe!

I have used ASICS running shoes and tennis shoes for years, and the GEL-KAYANO 28 does not disappoint. They fit and feel great! I can wear them all day and not have my feet hurt. To be candid, the only reason I gave them a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because of the looks. Other brands out there today (OC, HOKA, Brooks, to name a few) have a modern and sleek look. The GEL-KAYANO 28 looks a little outdated compared to those on the market today. But at the end of the day, I went with ASICS because of the quality, fit and feel.

It's said they was flash red but it's way more pink then red. The show was made as the same quality but 100 not red, so I had to return them!
