One of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn also stylish

Always ran in Gel Kayano. Comfortable and firm to support my pronation.

I've loved the Kayanos for years starting with my first pair of 11s. The 28 is far and above the lightest model I've worn yet. I'm glad to see the gel again and appreciate the stiffness of the mid plate and good support in the heel. However, with all the loss of weight I feel like it has lost some of the features that really made this a stability shoe workhorse. Still a quality product, but not the 400 miles of supportive comfort I came to love in the earlier models. Stiffer, and lighter but less miles and comfort.

Good shoe but was expecting that walking on the cloud feeling because of the gel cushion which I had when I wore my Kayano 22 for the 1st month or so. But still a very comfortable shoe overall.

Feels supportive with the gel padding. I'm a size 15 in all sneakers and this fits me well. Wish the sneaker was a little easier to get on and off my feet.

Very comfortable shoe. Not sure how it will feel after a year--too early to judge that yet. But well-cushioned and supportive so far (1 month).

No more soreness nor injuries since I bought them. They are a half size large. They feel very comfortable and after 3 rides I have no more pain after runing. I tried the novablast 3 before but they were too soft on the forefoot ans collapsed under my weight (94kgs). The downside is that theyr are 100g heavier than my previous shoes and I really feel the difference on long runs.

These were recommended on a review for walking on treadmills. I like them and am getting used to the difference from previous pair (not Asics). Too soon to give a fair review, although I have always liked Asics footwear.

Shoe cushion and balance is great but one star reduced because the padded collar is little irritable, it has caused irritation in the ankle when wearing thin low ankle socks.

Good shoe. Lot's of cushion. I have been buying this shoe for the past few years since it was recommended by a physical therapist.

Well made shoe. Runs small order 1 size bigger. Lighter than previous model. It would be a perfect shoe but, the ankle cuff is too puffy. Also, it is more of a dark grey than black. I would have preferred a true black. The previous model was black with white highlights.

Our family loves these shoes! These shoes are the only ones my son would wear during high school cross country and track!

It is not perfect but good enough for my needs, good support

Plenty wide as well as the maximum cushion. I do prefer the hard tip per models a few years ago vs the current soft tip

Actually could not take a 1/2 or would be 4 1/2 star.

Although I love ASICS shoes, this pair is more narrow than I wear. Not sure if my mistake in ordering or if they are made more narrow. Not comfy so will need to buy another pair and make sure they are wide enough.

Very light and comfortable. Good arch support. Only minus is the shoestrings being thought to lessen after untying laces. The elastic in the strings makes it thought to get your fingers under them.

great fit and support. No pain after my training. Would buy again.

Great support for walking and wearing to work. It's already pealing off one side within the first couple of weeks.

Husband liked the look of this shoe very much but didn't like the heel cushion or height. He's used to flatter shoes and it was too much of a change.

GEl-KAYANO 28 is a nice bright -colored comfortably cushioned pair of shoes. It could, however, do with improved balance. Could also have been a bit wider for a wide-sized shoe.

It seems the quality of the shoe is decreasing Less thickness of the sole makes it last less time and wear out quicker

They look more red on the site, but the shoes are definitely more pink than red.
