Every time this style is updated I have to change the size I order. Either go half size bigger or smaller than my usual size

My husband has worn Gel Kayanos in size 14 4E for many years, and always buys more. When he tries other brands, his knees begin to hurt.

I have been wearing GEL-Kayano’s for many years and iterations. The improvements to this version are significant in the toe area. The last two models have creased on the side of the toes, causing irritation. They seam to have changed the design just enough to fix the issue. I’m rating the arch support as none, because every shoe I buy, I have to use my own arch support inserts. They are still the best overall running shoe for my 4 mile a day runs.

These shoes are much wider than the Kensei Blast! So comfortable! Finally!

I have been wearing ASICS GEL-Kayano shoes for 25 years or more. It's the best running shoe for my money and fits like a glove. When I wear the Kayano 28 out, I'll go on Zappos and get the 29.

Show fits great. Like the Kayano 27 and 26, but even more comfy. Lightweight. I love the laces that they stay tied without having to double-knot and they stay secure.

Formerly I was wearing the Gel Cumulus line for daily regular use, I find the Gel Kayano 28 to be more comfortable than the Gel Cumulus versions that I bought in the past and more comfortable than the recent Gel Cumulus 24. I bought a total of 3 pairs of Gel Kayano 28 given that designs are often changed and given the level of comfort I found in the Gel Kayano 28.

Size 11, felt like a 10.5, width was not a 4E. I use othotics so I don't know about arch support. ASICS recommended by podiatrist. Ill go back to Brooks!

These shoes were a replacement of a pair I had worn out. They fit great initial comfort was fine. I’m putting them on the back heel collapsed On day two of wearing them. The collapse of so bad it would not reach shape not reform. In recent years I’ve never had a shoes heel. I’ve been wearing ASICS for years and never had an issue. I attempted to contact a six. I got an email stating they were too busy to get back to me. And that was two months ago. So I have a brand new pair of shoes that is unwearable on the right foot no matter when I tried to do I cannot get that cushioning to stay up to even be comfortable wearing the shoe. So not only am I disappointed with the quality. I’m also disappointed with Asics themselvesWe’re not even having the decency of contacting me and telling me that it was my fault or some other issue but they just told me they were too busy.

Unfortunately the "gel" in the sole was way too soft, the stride kept moving my foot on an outward arch, the heel support was connected to the top of the laces area and when walking fast you could feel the tension pull across the upper area of the foot.

The gel in the sole gives a no support feeling, upon touching the sole of the shoe the gel area was too soft to give support.

The sizing was perfect most comfortable sneaker you will ever wear

Great fit - really like this shoe for running

IT IS NOT 4E, EXTRA WIDE IS NOT 4E AS I ORDERED! With my orthotic in and the insert out, this sneaker does not work for me like Brooks do.

I have bought a new pair of Gel Kayano every year since version probably 12. I am usually a size 9 in every other shoe but I have always gotten a size 8 1/2 in this. This year I got the new version in 8 1/2 and it was huge even compared to my old ones. I tried the 8's which were also too big, so I settled with a 7 and 1/2 and the fit was ok. I bought two pairs: One for outside walking and one for indoor workouts. I walked twice in them and got the worse blisters on my heel where the insole meets the side of the shoe. I have NEVER had Gel Kayanos do this. So luckily I hadn't used the these indoor ones yet and will return them and hopefully deal with the other pair for workouts. So disappointed after years of loving this shoe.
