My feet are finally HAPPY!!! THANK YOU!!! I did not believe the advertisement but I thought try it. I went to the store to try them on. They felt really good but the true test is on the road. SOOO glad I got them!!! One review I read said they run big. I bought my regular size and glad I did. I love that your shoes have a roomy toe box.

I have a torn meniscus in my right knee that bothers me from time to time but never when I where the original Novablast or these Novablast 2's. They cushion my knees and I have zero impact or pain when wearing them. They are the most comfortable sneakers that I have ever owned. I used to be a hardcore Nike fan but nothing they make would give me 100% comfort. The Asic's Novablast sneakers are the best.

This is my first time in a very long time running in an Asics shoe and I'm blown away at the performance I can get out of this shoe. Compared to my last daily trainer, it's roomier in the toe box, reducing blisters and the heel lockdown I get is second to none. It's also lighter than my previous while providing more cushion in the forefoot. The one negative for me is that I wish it provided a little more bounce but that's it. I honestly look forward to the days that I get to wear this shoe for my runs.

Received these as a gift and right out of the box they are the single most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is that I do have issues with supination and after only two weeks the outside support isn't holding up for me as well as it did. This causes a little pain when running. Other than that, they are truly amazing.

Don't get me wrong; I like this new version. I now use it as a daily long distance trainer. I could race in the originals as they feel "snappier", but I log my miles in the 2's. Maybe they don't feel as "poppy" as they put more ffblast in forefoot dropping the heel-to-toe drop to 8mm. That may not sound like much but it changes the shoe's "personality". People complained about the original's heel stability nut I never had a problem with it. Now I have a VERY comfortable daily trainer (Nova2) and a quick shoe for tempo days and races (Nova1). Can't ask for more...great job ASICS!

Good quality of textile material for upper, good cushioning, shoe ran small at my usual size, so bought a 12.5 instead of the usual size 12. Pretty light shoe compared to Kayano

Good comfortable shoe. I have a high volume foot and was worried it would be too small and it works fine. I ordered it in my regular size and it fits well. I have been on three runs, two easy ones and a quicker paced run. It worked well for all of them. It is a very comfortable shoe. This is my new daily trainer and should work for most runs I do.

I've had 5 pairs of Novablast 2. Aside from some quality issues (which Asics did warranty) this is a great shoe. I run 100+ miles per week and they hold up well. On long runs the cushioning does begin to get flat after 10 or so miles. Unlike the Novablast 1, the shoe feels stable. This is definitely not a racer, but a good training shoe for easy days and longer runs. Shoe runs true to size for me. For all these people saying that the shoe caused injuries, you may want to consult a running coach or get fitted for shoes. I have experienced absolutely no injury issues with this model and have ran over 4,000 miles in Novablast 2's

Not as much stability as I would like. But the cushion is amazing.

The Novablast 2 is a great running shoe, but it is true to size not for wide feet.

Love this shoes, very confortable on the long runs. 4 stars because the outer sole is very loud. But still bough a second pair.

Great shoe with max cushioning. Perfect for recovery runs or for those needing extra comfort on their runs. The extra height may cause some instability/balancing concerns if you're a heal striker. But my joints and knees have never been happier. Also, shoe run short in length, so I recommend going up half a size.

These are comfortable but the outsole is way too thin. After only two weeks of walking for a total of maybe 50 miles the tread is worn almost completely smooth. They have all the cushion of an endurance shoe but the soles of race shoes. I would buy again but only if Asics improves the durability.

These shoes are very supportive and cushioned very well. I would have to say that these are not good "every day" shoes. They are not comfortable for standard general purpose wear. They are tight and the collar area sits at a level around my ankle that gets a little annoying after 5 or 6 hours of wear. Using them exclusively for active walking or light running however seems fantastic.

These shoes are so comfortable and so bright. They look great under the black light. Only complaint is that I wish they made them with black instead of white. They get dirty really fast

This pair is light and a plenty of cushioning on heels. I have to get used of 8mm heel drop. I've been wearing Brooks Glycerin 18-19 which has same heel drop 8mm. I felt Novablast 2 8mm heel drop seems more than Glycerin. I felt still the slight instability of ankle: side to side. Overall, it is a good pair for short tempo run for 3-5 miles.

Excellent improvement to the upper as compared to version one. The Novablast 2 upper is very comfortable, form fitting and has a good lockdown. The first version felt like plastic. The gusseted tongue is a nice touch. The shoe is more stable than the first version but a tad firmer. I am a mid and fore foot striker so did not have issues with stability with the first version. Overall, a nice daily trainer and a much improved version 2.

I had the opportunity to try this trainer for the first time. As a long standing Nimbus shoe purchaser this was a very different purchase for me. At first I was taken a back by the look of the rather large chunky heal but once I had my foot in the shoe it was exceptionally comfortable. The only downside was that it felt like the shoe was almost causing me to collapse in as I planted my foot, not negative in terms of how my body felt afterwards thankfully.

I like the Novablast 2, it certainly has more forefoot cusioning. But it is missing the Wow factor the Novablast v1 had/has. I think my next shoe purchase will be another pair of the V1. I simply liked it better. Ran throught 2 pair (over 300 miles).

It's a pretty good shoe. Fairly comfortable, removed the stitching on the tongue from the first model that pressed into your skin, which is great. They're also more stable than the prior ones with more cushioning, especially in the front where the last ones fell short. My only complaint is that the hard coating over the end or the shoe goes up so far, not talking about the rubber. It causes my toe to hit it and will likely give me callouses like the last one did, especially on the downhills. Something should be done about it, but you'll have to research more. Still way better than the pegasus about it (wouldn't buy those again). Also, the blue is very bright, it would be better if it was a bolder tourquoise but all these color choices are booty. They're either dad shoes or almost feminine looking, please get some help on that.

Over all, great shoes! I rate it 4 stars and not 5, because for me the shoes are "noisy" - like clomp, clomp, clomp. It may be my biomechanics, but for whatever the reason - I feel self conscience running in these shoes - people can hear me coming down the street with the clomping. I have the Novablast 1 and Glideride 1 and they are not as noisy as the Novablast 2.
