Awesome, awesome, boot. I can't believe people are on here complaining about their feet hurting due to it being self inflicted, not the boot. I see people are tying their shoes way to tight. Go with a very true to size, size, and you shouldn't have to tie the boots to suffocate your feet. This boot is amazing, I walk through rough new construction terrain and this boot is amazing. I look forward to wanting to see more boots crafted towards tradesman on construction site.

Theyre beautiful shoes.
They have a lot of support.
They look good/stylish. Kinda feel
Bad using them for hiking. They have more of an urban appeal.

I am not usually one to buy mid or high top boots , but these are very comfortable and the cusions are really good on rock and dirt.

These really feel good on my feet . And they really help with helping my legs to not hurt . Hoka is the best shoe I have ever bought .

I had bone spurs in my meet and it hurt so bad to walk. I asked my mom's nurse what they wear and they told me Hoka. I never but good things for me being a single mom, But dived in this time and my first trip with new tennis shoes was to Disney with my new Hoka's and I did awesome. So I bought two more pairs one that I use as a house slipper and one for outside so these are slides. I am getting ready to buy another pair which will be hiking shoes, since I have been going hiking lately in my tennis shoes. And my foot Dr. said my bone spurs are 99 Percent gone. I will not be buying anywhere else. Yes they maybe a little pricey but worth the money for sure. I will save for my hiking shoes. =)

I bought these boots as a christmas present to myself. They were purchased to walk/hike outside in the ugly Iowa winters. The fit and feel out of the box are fantastic, i just hope they are durable enough to last awhile.

Very comfortable and lightweight! I've hiked in snowy and icy conditions and the boot has performed well. Keep my feet dry and warm!

I had knee problems while hiking but these negated that. I ordered a half size bigger than what I normally wear for the runnings shoes to make room for the thicker hiking socks I wear for long hikes. Your feet swell up when hiking so that half size up is clutch. My fitness love how they look too. Super comfortable highly recommend

I bought these for trail running because I kept turning my ankles on rocks hidden under leaves and snow. Definitely reduced the frequency and severity of ankle turns. They are bigger/heavier than running shoes but not in a very noticeable way. I don't feel like I am lugging around big hiking boots. These have allowed me to keep trail running all fall and winter much to the enjoyment of Adventure Dog.

I bought these for Turkey & Elk hunting and they perform great. I wish they made more colors in camos or non bright colors.

This is my second pair of Anacapa Mid GTX. I put some serious hard miles on the first pair and although some seams began to tear out, Hoka stood by their product and replaced them with a new pair. I spent nearly 30 years wearing combat boots that messed up my feet. Hoka shoes and boots actually make my feet feel better. I wear Hokas almost constantly, whether the sliders around the house, running shoes for my workout, or two different pair of hiking boots for outdoors. I love these shoes.

I bought the Anacapa GTX hiker and did not like the feel or support. Not enough for my 6'2" 190+lbs for more rugged terrain. I then found that Hoka made the Kaha GTX that had a more serious support struture. These for my purpose rate 5 stars. The Anacapa is a more lightweight easy terrain comfort boot/sneaker whereas the Kaha is more hiking boot like but still extremely comfortable with "plush" cushioning.
