I am a casual runner 15-20mi per week with a few halfs during the year. I've been using Hoka products for five years now. I really like the Clifton 8's compared to the 7's, the heel box just feels more secure to me. I just picked up my second pair of the 8's, this one in coral and I noticed some strange lettering embossed into the heel...is there any meaning to this? My other pair (teal) did not have this "feature"

No kidding. Bought a pair of Hoka shoes in Phoenix from a company store. With my painful plantar faceitas (sp?) they instantly replaced all my shoes, except my motorcycle boots. :) Later I even added Dr Schols inserts. Shoes set me back $140, less 15%, on sale. Within 2 weeks, I bought another pair for full price. Never looked back. They look great, I can just slip them on now, and they don't pick up stones and are white soles so perfect on our boat. 5 stars for sure.

I suffered from thigh pain every time I ran with non-running shoes. I honestly didn't think shoes had THAT much of an impact, but wow was I wrong. Within two runs with these shoes, I noticed that pain disappear and I've loved running ever since. I didn't think it would be that much of an improvement, but I was sorely mistaken and I'm so happy I found these. Best investment I've made to better my health.

Got this for my husband who is an ER nurse on his feet for 12 hrs. For someone who's refused to get really comfortable (and pricey) shoes and who's tried Nike's even a few times his skateboard shoes on the job, this one he doesn't regret purchasing at all.

I have been running for last 20 years. I am on my 4th pair of Bondi. I will never switch running shoes again. Customer got life.

Took a few days to break in, but once I did they've become my favorite shoes. I wear them almost every day.

This is a great shoe with all the right cushion and support.

My third pair of Hoka Clifton's. They keep getting better. The upper feels like it's made with better material than the previous versions. I've had these about 2mo. Now. I've even ran a marathon in them. I have zero complaints.
