These Clifton 8 width E seem to be much narrower than the Bondi 7's I have worn in the past.

Got the shoe to relieve knee pain. Nice cushion but narrower than the last pair I had so pinching the toes. Wear them for walking around. Not sure how I will keep them since extended wear is tiresome on the toes.

Gave me a blister after one day. D width is narrow.

So far, I've got about a week worth of wearing them for 2-6 mile walk/jogs daily. I've never had to "break-in" Brooks but these seem to be in need of a break in period. Odd because they are super soft and comfortable but they have caused hot spots and heel blisters on my feet already. Nothing alarming and I do like the feel of the shock absorption over the Brooks but time will tell.

The shoe is what I've come to expect from HOKA Clifton running shoes - supportive, good suspension which is especially helpful on paved surfaces. The stitching that connects the tongue with the inside of the shoe came undone within a few weeks of me using them - in one shoe only. Since it's not really affecting the functionality of the shoe, I continue using them, but I do think it's a poor quality sign.

Good fit but poor comfort

I do like the style but this model is not for me. As soon as I tried them on I knew then is not for me, a little tight and uncomfortable. However, I did kept the other pair with different style or model and that one was perfect for me. I do understand each of us have different feet or the way we run, so you just have to find your very own perfect pair of running shoes.

Its not the same the Clifton9 is far superior

These shoes look very nice and the left one is great for walking all day. The right one is kind of uncomfortable.

I am not a big runner but an older man with foot pain. My Hokas allow me to walk for miles in comfort. I own 2 pair and will probably buy another.

Usually an 11 fits no problem. The 11I purchased was way tight. I should have grabbed a EE. Wish I would have known that before purchasing.

Shoes fit very well and the comfort is unmatched. Almost every step I take the sole of the shoe squeaks. I have had shoes where they need to be broken in and it goes away but I was expecting better for the premium price of these shoes

I had intended to run in them, but after a couple runs went back to my New Balance Fresh Foams. I now just use them for casual wear.

Looking for a comfortable shoe and was told how great HOKA shoes are so I ordered a wide and they are still narrow.

I've worn Hokas exclusively for years, from back in my distance running days up to today where I power walk in them 2.5-3 mi 5-7 days a week. Favorite models are Bondi and Clifton. I bought these Clifton 8s on the sale page but, after only a couple weeks of walking, I've noted significant wear on the bottoms. I walk exclusively on paved surfaces with these shoes. They are otherwise fine

I would give between 3.5-4 , the ordering process is complicated. Pop-up for shipping discounts, but. Way too complected to complete. The shoes are extra cushy, soft and light. I usually only wear birkenstocks. Switching on and off between revealed I probably don't stand correctly and the birkenstock shoes correct for that. I made need inserts to wear with Hoka shoes.

The Clifton is a comfortable running shoe with its cushioned sole, however it takes some getting used, especially after running with the HOKA Hupana. I prefer the Hupana and have owned several pairs over the past few years. Unfortunately, the Hupana model was recently discontinued and when I needed a new pair of running shoes I decided to try the Clifton. It is a comfortable running shoe, however the heel height of the sole is a bit too high for my liking. Please bring back the Hupana model, my favorite everyday running shoe.

For this much money I never should've gotten one blister much less two.

No lateral support and little heel support.

Besides the over-pricing of your product, the sole is so spongy it takes extra effort when standing to stay erect. The sole's felt like there were pegs sticking up into my feet. While length seemed true the width seemed narrow. I've not had that problem before. Also, I was supposed to get free shipping but there was no place on the order form to see that. My sale price included shipping costs.
