My foot was mangled in a motorcycle accident and I now have 4 plates and a huge screw keeping it together. My heel gets super sensitive, so I needed a really cushion for my heal, and supportive structure, that is also flexible because of my foot shape due to the plates. This sneaker checks all those boxes, plus the sole is wide and gives me a much more stable stance. I'm using these as my everyday sneakers, and for the past few weeks I've had them, walking has been much easier.

Great color combo on this one. Started w/the Clifton 5. The 8 fits my even better & is oh so comfortable for long haul trekking. Always take these on vacation as they are versatile when going from pavement pounding to hiking off road, & U can go all day on these shoes like no other!

I'm a 240 man wit problems with plantar fasciitis. I had been wearing ASICS kayano They had good support and were soft to walk in but Hoka is more comfortable. A co-worker described it as "walking on little clouds". I'd say that sums it up.

I have flat feet and had been wearing a particular brand and model shoe for twenty years. In recent years the updates to that shoe resulted in decreased quality and comfort. My feet were very tired and sore by the end of the day. After a lot of research I decided to give the Hoka Clifton 8 a try. So glad I did! These are providing good arch support and cushioning. They are very light weight and very comfortable. No foot pain while on my feet all day. They are also about $35 less than the other shoe I was wearing. Loving the Hokas so far!

The Clifton 8s are my go to daily shoe that keep my feet happy. The fit, rebound, cushioning and overall performance of the shoe is great. The Clifton's are light enough to run long or short with no issue and easily last me into the 400-450 mile range.

Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Great for walking, running, frankly everyday use around the house. This is my second pair as I found I was wearing my running shoes all day, everyday and wanted a dedicated everyday shoe vs the running shoe...

I am a large man and these shoes are most comfortable walking shoes I have ever owed. I previously owned the Clifton 6 and the 8 is even better. I will forever be a customer thank you so much for helping my feet feel better. Took them to Disneyland and didn't have any pain the entire week I was there.

My 4th pair of Clifton and continue to love them. The model 8 seems to have to have the same cushioning but feels a bit more responsive than previous versions.

In prior Clifton models, I've had to order a wide because the regular model was too narrow but my foot slid around in the wide and felt a bit sloppy. Clifton 8 has a slightly wider toe box and I can now order a regular width and the fit is perfect. The tongue is thicker, which is different but doesn't bother me but everything else is spot on. I love this shoe.

Use these shoes for running on pavement.
Great stability and nice cushioned feel on my feet. No after signs of plantar fasciitis developing especially after long hard runs on pavement. Wish there was a better color selection..but. Overall..great shoes.

These are our go to shoes. My son (almost 13) won't wear any other shoes (even Jordan's!!), because his Cliftons are so comfortable and keep his heels from hurting. The only time he doesn't wear them is when he's playing basketball. Even then, as soon as he comes off the court, he changes right back into his Cliftons.

These Hoka Cliftons are like walking on clouds! My entire body's core is a rest now, and I'm I am not even sure that I have shoes on my feet anymore when I am wearing my Hokas. Great shoes, five stars!
