I ended up returning. My previous version of mafate are excellent! I can run without pain and very comfortable at faster speeds. This updated model feels like it has less cushion...is lower to the ground and not nearly as comfortable. If we wanted lower to the ground, we could switch to a different style. Please bring back the better cushion for those of us that need it!!

I don't think Hokas are for me, at least not the Rincon3. Just walking short distances, my legs get achy/tired when wearing these. Very expensive mistake.

I wanted to love these but I hate them. So many people swear by these for comfort and I found the exact opposite to be true. I have bad arthritis in my knees and some in my hips and after walking just 2 miles in these I was in so much pain. Unfortunately for me $125 down the drain as I had no way of knowing these are unbearable until I wore them outside. I will remain loyal to Brooks.

I had heard so much about this brand and have seen on other people, but the footbed was not as squishy as I was hoping for. It actually felt quite flat. To be fair, I have some foot problems and not many shoes cushion me as much as I need. I had to return them. The return process was painless though :)

Material is much too thin for this to be Hoka products. Not the usual quality nor fit.

I got these mid February and they are already wearing down on both inside heels by mid March with only 15 miles per week. Very Disappointing as they are expensive.

I have been wearing Hokas for years and this pair, even though the same size and model I have had before, it tighter in the toe box and feels smaller all the way around. I had to go to a thinner sock.

They hurt my feet but they are expensive so I'm still using them but as soon as I get home I take them off.

I've worn several Hoka styles for running/speed walking/hiking. I thought this Rincon would be great for just everyday use. It's so cheaply made, just not what I expected from Hoka. The insole is paper-thin and has no cushion, the heels are really hard and there is no lateral support. My feet just rolled inwards, and I don't overpronate. The only good thing to say is that it is actually wide enough in the Wide width - unlike most of the Hoka styles the past 2 years.

The reason I returned these shoes is because it doesn't have much patting on the ball of your foot. I have been walking for the past year about 7-8 miles 3-4 days a week and for a long time since I started, I actually got chin splints with these shoes. I'm really bummed because I heard so many good comments about the brand.

Always purchase a 7 for me but this Rincon is too big for me. I feel like my feet is swimming in it. Need a half size down.

I ordered a wide in hopes that my feet would have more space in the toe box. I don't have wide feet but I consistently develop corn calluses between my 4th and 5th toes. Toe box still felt like an average width. I had gone through two pairs of the Mach 4's and wore them for work, walking, and general exercise and loved them. But I wanted to change it up. I gave the Rincons a solid chance to be broken in but after every shift I was almost limping out of the hospital because my feet were so sore. I'm exchanging them for the Bondi 8's :) the exchange process has been wonderful and very easy so I'm thankful for that.

Pink sneakers! :( Hoka's color combos leave a lot to be desired. Since the Clifton became wider, this is the only option for size medium feet. Thankfully, the Rincon 3 is on the narrower side of medium width. They are long looking. Tongue is ofter uncomfotable, requiring much adjustment. Gender neutral Hokas are not that- they are for men and women with really wide feet. I wish Hoka would stop with that concept. Revamp the Clifton for narrower feet as the cushioning is better.

Shoe is made extremely cheap. Very thin tongue so no comfort there. Sole is beyond cheaply made. Would not hold up to running outside. Shoe is very stiff with no comfort. Hoka needs to stop making these cheap renditions. Shoe is very narrow in width. Keep looking for another choice.

Quality isn't what I expected. They fall part too easily and don't last. After only having them for 3 and half months, the bottoms are coming off!! I was only wearing them 1-2x a week due to them not providing all day comfort. I kept hoping I would feel differently, but I don't. Not comfortable for plantar fasciitis. Wearing these actually cause a flare up and make my feet ache. Will have to stick to my sketchers and On Clouds for reliable comfort.

Rincon 3 was a disappointment. The tongue as others mentioned is cut strangely and for me was uncomfortable. The overall quality and comfort seems that diminished considerably.
