Both new pair of shoes had little stains on them I emailed the company a couple times and never heard one word. I'm quite flustered by this to be honest

I was disappointed with the Hook Rincon 3. I wore HOKA's in the past but theses seemed cheap and stiff. Very narrow and my feet and legs ached after wearing them in the house for only a few hours. I returned them.

I ordered regular size, but received Wide instead of Regular. I was planning to use it for my youtube live. Can't use it unfortunately.. Have to return..

This style doesn't give my feet enough support. I wore them once and my left foot has bone and nerve issues and this style doesn't have what I need. They are very light weight and look great!

The Rincon 3 I bought lacked an arch support and shock absorbency.
I'm finding it difficult to order online because the sizing is inconsistent. In the past, I have purchased 4 pairs of Hoka Clifton 8 shoes. Each shoe fits differently even though they're supposed to be the exact same size.
I have recommended Hokas to many of my friends and hope to continue to purchase them as long as they don't lose their quality.

The RINCON 3 is not comfortable. It fit me way to big. I was so disappointed especially when compared to the solimar's that I had previously purchased

I had spent awhile researching tennis shoes for an upcoming trip and hokas kept coming up as a solid option. With a sale going on, I decided to purchase. When they arrived, i immediately put them on to wear around the house and had them on for less than 2 hours before my heel started to hurt. I was so surprised that they were uncomfortable but I returned them as there was no way I’d be able to wear them for long hours during the day if they already were hurting my feet.

After trying them first the size chart is not accurate alway use the same size number and in this one is small as it said second it doesn't have any arch which with my condition I need so for me is
Not useful at all For sure I can tell they are the most lightweight sneakers I ever see.

My heel felt like it was in a hole. I had the Rincon 2 for three years and loved them so I thought these would be the same. I loved the color but not the way my foot felt in them.

I didn't find Rincon 3 comfortable at all. There is very little cushion or support. The tongue of shoe is very thin. In my opinion they feel like really cheap made shoes.

I keep trying to give Hoka another chance by purchasing different styles of shoes. Yet again unfortunately, these feel miserable, cheap quality, and yet another disappointment! When will I learn? Hopefully this is the last time. Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice, shame on me! I am burned, and done!

I bought these shoes after a knee injury. I was not happy with them. They wore down quite quickly and I ended up throwing them away after three months with not too much abuse. I would not recommend these if you do a lot of road running.

Nice color and perfect fit but not good for my walking feet. I do stand and walk for long hours at work and my feet hurts so bad. I got a hoka challenger and it's way better.

The white rubber part around the shoe/shoe bottom material is breaking down and peeling off which is so disappointing because I loved the look and feel of the shoe but after 1 week of indoor wear only, it's breaking down.not cool for the price paid

Nice. Lightweight. But the first few times I wore them, the very top of the shoe (around the top laces) dug into my ankle and hurt. Seems to be better after wearing them for a week. (or I am calloused and can't feel it anymore.) lol

The fit and look of the shoe was perfect. However, the tongue is not padded, and is made of a rigid material. No matter how I tied the shoes, the tongue dug into the top of my ankle. I sent them back.
