Sir/Ma'am, Good day and I hope this email finds you well. Just wanted to write a review regarding my order. Although this seem might be a late review, just wanted to express my disappointment that the a piece from the front sole part of the shoe had a crack and eventually ripped. I was really excited about the product in the beginning but highly let down about its performance which is not due to normal wear and tear. Would not recommend this product. Please let me know if there is a procedure on how to return this product.

Good day, I purchased a pair of HOKA's earlier this month. The colors are bright and beautiful! However, the insoles are very thin and does not provide much comfort when walking. I am disappointed that I have to reinforce the insoles to provide comfort for such an expensive pair of sneakers. The advertisement for HOKA footwear is misleading.

I am used to the Bondi, arahi, and speedgoat. I knew when I lifted them out of the box this was probably not going to work out. The shoe was extremely light and did not have the cushioned sole. Once my foot was inside the shoe there was very little padding. I'm on my feet all day so this did not work out. I'm please with hokas return policy and once the bondi is available in new colors in my size, I will purchase them. Seems like they never make enough of the new colors. They always sell out right away. This is the reason for me trying a different style. I know, silly. Won't make that mistake again.

Shoes runs big, too long

Unfortunately, these shoes although they are very nice, are extremely uncomfortable for my 12hr shift in the hospital. I was very disappointed because I expected them to be very comfortable. They are true to size. But my feet are arching within the first half hour of my shift. Would not recommend this style whatsoever.

Second pair of Hoka's I have purchased. Both were very uncomfortable and I will never purchase a Hoka shoe.

The shoes were too large! Can I return them?

This product did not feel as cushiony as my previous Hoka sneakers. I can usually feel the comfort as soon as I put them on, which is why I buy Hokas. But I didn't have the same experience this time, so I returned them.

I LOVE my Mach 5's but thought a little more cushion would be more comfortable on the concrete. I got the rincons thinking they would be a more cushioned Mach 5 but it feels like I'm running on bricks! Love hokas but will be sticking with my Mach 5's, the rincons just weren't comfortable for me

Sent them back. Whatever the toe to heel ratio is felt very unanatomically correct to me - I was worried my knee would be strained, due to the way the curvature of the shoe forced my foot to move as I put my heel down and then pushed off from my toe.

Recon 3 shoes hurt my ankles where the tongue of the shoe hits my foot. I am not satisfied with this one.

I spent quite a bit of time on the telephone with customer service on the day I placed the order. I had no acess to any kind of assistance in the 1st 1/2 hour time limit to change my order. Once I did get someone on the phone to assist, they told me it was too late!!!!! After spending what felt like an eternity on the phone, the customer service rep. explained to me that she spoke with a supervisor and assured me that the shoes would be marked return to sender before ever leaving the facility.... I would have to wait about 48 hours for the monet to be returned to my account, then I could order the correct color and size that I wanted. This did not happen..... The original shoes were sent anyway. My time is very limited as I'm a nurse and work long hours so I don't have the energy to deal with this on the phone again. The sneakers will end up as a gift for someone, but in the end, I didn't get the sneakers I wanted and feel that there are many flaws in your ordering system. In the end I will not be attempting to re order the sneakers I originally wanted.... Jennifer Downing

I don't understand what the type is with Hoka. I want to cry when I'm wearing these on the elliptical or treadmill. Such a waste of money.

Ordered the Rincon 3 and it is very different from the Rincon 2. It was made cheaper that is why the cheaper price. Sent it back. Make the next Rincon 4 like the 2. Had many pairs of the Rincon 2 before.

This shoe is not comfortable it burned my feet when I was standing still. I was unable to return it due to wearing it.

Just continuous run around with very little support.

Lite weight. Not much support. To large.

The only thing I can say good about this Rincon 3 is it is lightweight. I was expecting more from this brand as my favorite New Balance shoes have gone downhill in quality in recent years. The fabric is see-through, the tongue is cheap and has potential to cause irritation and the shoe strings and reinforcement around them doesn't look like it will last long. Also, I've worn an 8.5 wide for years and these are gargantuan. Returning immediately. I will try the Clifton and hope for the best.

I loved the rincon2, so I purchased the 3. Totally different. They are so uncomfortable and hurt my feet after just one hour of wear. I get so frustrated when something fits so well and then it is changed. I will be looking to another brand because I just don't have the patience to try different styles.

My first foray into Hoka shoes. Don't believe the hype. The shoe is lightweight, yet super uncomfortable. Forces pronation of the foot and there is an odd hard plastic feel at the outside of the forefoot. The lack of cushion really goes against everything I've heard about Hoka. Maybe just this shoe, but I do not recommend for the serious runner.
