I’m usually 7 in Adidas running shoes, I bought 7 in Hoka too and I was really disappointed. They run much larger, no arch support, shoe does not “keep” the foot if you know what I mean… Toe box is very wide, I have regular size of foot not to wide not to narrow, for me Hoka doesn’t work at all. The average feeling after wearing those shoes is very poor comparig to the price. There is no energy return and inserts are tough. Not recommend at all, especially if your run more than 5k daily. Only one good thing: the color is really cute.

I loved my Ricon 2 shoes. Unfortunately the new shoe isn't like the old! When I first put them on they felt wider and less stable. I thought they might be ok, but then discovered that the previously padded tongue is no longer so. It's very thin yet still rough. Even with thick socks on, I could feel the tongue irritating the front of my ankle after wearing them for just a few minutes. I really want to love these shoes. I hope Hoka isn't going to this new thin tongue for all their shoes as it isn't comfortable at all.

These shoes are awful. The support arches don’t line up with my foot and there’s no padding. My feet are throbbing after walking in them for a few hours at an amusement park.

These fit my foot fine, but the tongue is so small the laces hit the top of my foot at the top of the tongue. I'm not sure why they designed them like this. The top of the heel are not comfortable either, they cut up my ankle.

These shoes just don't fit well. I don't have wide foot at all but these feel almost too narrow and hurt my inner foot near my arch. They have minimal if any support and just did not work for me. The colors are pretty so I bought better custom insoles but still overall disappointing! My least favorite pair of hokas.

Spent 1 hour with customer service to be told that my new Rincom 3 Evening Sky shoes which are leaking blue dye and staining my socks is not covered under warranty. Unbelievable. I offered to send pictures of my destroyed socks but he suggested I just blot the shoes with a warmth cloth to remove the excessive dye. As an alternative, the agent suggested I could exchange the shoes because I bought them November 28th but that would mean I would be probably 1 month without shoes - unacceptable.

This was by far THE MOST uncomfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. My feet hurt from the time I put them on, until I took them off 5 hours later. These are a no for me.

I felt like I was running with bricks on my feet. These are not good for cement. My knees hurt two days after a 9/10 mile run with these on.

Well I purchased 3 pair of Hokas for family snd never even received a coupon, discount or barely a thank you for dropping close to $400. But they are sure eager to get a product review. Tell you what, once family has had a chance to wear and test yhem, we will let you know.

Was told to order a size 8 which was to large. I never had worn a size 8 but I listened to what the company recommended . I called to exchange and they would not honor the sale price.
Just a bad experience, couldn't talk to a real person. All communication was through text.

I purchased a pair of shoes on Black Friday for a great sale price. Several days later, Hoka cancelled my order due to a lack of inventory and refused to honor the sale price for a different color or comparable shoe. I'm extremely disappointed; this was my first time buying from Hoka and I will never so again. I tried calling their customer service - which was a circular phone tree - but their texting was equally unhelpful.

This is my second pair of hoka , I loved the first pair . But this Rincon style caused me pain on my feet, it hurts the top and bottom of my feet , I work 12 hr shift with a lot of walking these shoes make my feet hurt only after 3-4 hrs of walking on them . I have never had a pair of shoes that caused me this much agony. Lacking so much in cushion/ support. I wish I could return them but I can't find my email of purchase .

I received a returned pair of shoes which wouldn't have been an issue however the right shoe was super uncomfortable and the right side of the shoe was made too narrow so it cut into my foot. I believe this is why person before me returned them. I’m not sure why they would be put back on the shelf and resold to another customer. The left show was very comfy and had the right shoe fit the same I wouldn’t have returned.
