I was very disappointed with this version of Hoka shoes, they were not comfortable and so I returned them. The color was terrible

Did not buy this product

Sadly, they are uncomfortable at heels. I have the Mach 5 and they are amazing. These ones unfortunately aren't.

I received both pairs of shoes with no invoice. I need to return them bc they don't fit

No!!! My feet Still hurt!!!!

I gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. These are the most uncomfortable shoe I've ever worn. I sent them back for a refund. I'll never buy another pair.

Twice I reached out to hoka with this problem on two different models of a deep blue shoe. Twice I was told to find replacements online. It's an inconvenience to do this, not to mention the price of the shoe. Bad problem solving on hoka's part. Disappointing.

Use it for work. The bittom of my feet started to hurt - not as soft as my Bondi .

The thong portion of the sandals are very rough and caused cuts on both of my feet. I would like to return if possible. We do like the other shoes very much and would be happy with credit for my next purchase in place of the sandals.

I ordered 2 pairs, this one and a Clifton 9 both in a size 12. The Clifton fit perfectly but these were like an inch too big. They were also incredibly uncomfortable (maybe because they were too big). The insoles are very high on the sides and provided no support for the rest of my foot. I had to return them.

I bought this for my wife and every time she wears this outside she can literally feel the floor as if she is walking on barefoot.

I debated over a year whether or not to spend this much on a pair of sneakers. Everyone told me I'd love them and they would make a difference. I finally decided to purchase a pair. I had high hopes these would be everything others said they'd be . I received them and I'm not impressed. They feel no different then lesser priced shoes.

I returned the product due to being way too large. I have purchased hokas for years and love them. I exchanged this rincon purchase forClifton 9. I normally buy the Clifton model in a size11 wide womens. I purchased the same size for the rincon. I returned it it was GIANT I figured it was a mislabeled product and asked for the Clifton in exchange. The Clifton shoes came and same issues Giant. I paid full price to have shoes 1.5 inches too big. What happened to your sizing? What size do I need to start ordering now? Why are they soo huge?

They run larger which caused rubbing of my big toe and the heel was lower which caused my ankle to hurt, love the appearance, but they were uncomfortable.
