My right arch was hurting me ! The right shoe was not comfortable, I loved the cushion but it was getting worse not better , so I had to return them!

This shoe is very uncomfortable . It may be the right shoe for someone else. I will try a different brand the next time

I had to send both pairs back as they were too small. My husband had the same problem with the shoes that he ordered.

I love the Arahi 6 but these shoes have given me so much pain at work. The arch is way too high for me. It fits width and length but the arch support is not for me.

poor arch support, minimal padding, overpriced

I was so excited to get these as I have heard great things about Hoka but unfortunately the arch support is so stiff and sharp that it is painful to wear the shoes. The edge of the liner in the shoe isn't flush with the side of the shoe so the rough edge of the liner rubs against the arches of the foot causing blisters and pain. Lots of folks were complaining about this on Reddit but said it isn't a problem with their other models. I will be ordering a different type of shoe and hoping for the best!

I think I would love these but they are too big so I don't wear them.

These were my favorite shoes when I last purchased them and I ran them into the ground (in a good way!). However, something feels off about the new pair - specifically with my right foot. It feels like the seam of the footbed is cutting into my arch and rubs against it when I run. Very disappointing as I loved these shoes in the past and recommended them to all my friends, but think the quality has since changed.

These shoes were much too narrow all through the mid foot. I have never had this problem with a shoe. And yes, I sized up as I usually would for an athletic shoe. The length was not the problem. They actually cut off my circulation and my feel started to fall asleep. They were a pain in the neck to return, had to pay for shipping myself ($18), and I'm STILL waiting on the refund.

There is a stiff edge in the midsole under the arch. They were very uncomfortable to wear for a prolonged time.

The shoe itself is great. This is a sizing/fit issue, not shoe issue. It is too big. Slips off the heel. Would you please guide me on how to return. Thank you

The inside heel on these Hokas wore through within 8 weeks with only light wearing. The quality of the lining of the Hokas I've had recently has been far less durable. This is really upsetting, as the Hoka footbed and sole are really great for my plantar fasciitis- now instead of pain, I have sore heels where the liner no longer protects my heels. Such a bummer.

I have worn Cliftons for years and I am so disappointed with the quality, fit, and feel of these Clifton 8's - my feet hurt after a short period of time, which never happened with my last pair of Clifton 7's. These will be returned and I will wait for future Clifton releases.

This shoe hurts my feet even more than before..I should have gotten a wider one and the support doesn't help my feet...unfortunately it's very uncomfortable. I tried to return them but was unsuccessful

my son picked these out for his wife based on color and style. Unfortunately, I don't think he took into consideration the type of shoe/support they provided. So the shoes ended up being cute looking but very uncomfortable.
