I bought these shoes for work in an ER setting. I wear them 3 times a week for 36 hours only. The soles are already peeling after only 3 months of wear. I literally put them on, come to work and take them off when I get home. I wouldn't consider them to be heavily used. It's a shame because they are comfortable to wear.

After one week of usage the inside liner is almost worn out and the sole is wearing extremely fast - I doubt I will get more than 2 months of wear out of the sneaker. It is a shame - the sneaker does provide excellent support. I have serious planter fasciitis and this sneaker does provide a lot of relief. I am not a runner but a nurse who is on her feet at 8-hour clips. I like the way the sneakers feel but the durability of the sneakers leaves much to be desired. For the price they should last at least a year given the fact these are wearing exceedingly fast without being used for outdoor running, I cannot endorse these for people with similar conditions these are just too expensive and, in my opinion, a poor value for the money. To be honest I am very disappointed in the sneaker's durability.

Shoe runs wide. A very "cushy" feel without adequate support. Customer Service is aggressive in blaming the customer when a question is asked.

I tried on 3 sizes of this shoe - 6.0 (normally I'm a 6.5 in running sneakers) fit in the store, however when I ordered it online it was way to big. Exchanged for a 5.5 and was way too small. I tried running in both pairs and both hurt my feet and cut off the circulation. I know everyone loves Hoka's but unfortunately I don't think they are for everyone - would definitely recommend sizing down on these and trying them out for a few workouts before deciding if you want to keep them.

This shoe was misshaped, uncomfortable and too expensive. I was also promised free expedited shipping and was charged for it.

Hi, I am very disappointed with the product. At the end of the day after I used the shoes, my right leg was sore and painful, and this continued for several days from calf to hip. I tried to walk with the shoes again later, and the pain came back again. They are definitively not a good fit for me. I stopped wearing them and would like to return them.

The ball of my foot and the lateral edge felt more pressure than they should from walking and running. Feet got sore after the 1st mile.

I followed all the measurements that they had online for Hoka, and they are definitely not accurate for width. I wear an EE, but according to the data provided, that should have been fine. So smooshed!

I have been buying the Cliftons for many years and have always loved them. For some reason the lining in the heel area now completely disintegrates and the inside of the sneakers starts to poke out. I thought maybe I had a faulty pair, but this has now happened to the last 3 pairs. I am not sure if it is specific to this style or others are having the same issue but given the prices of the sneakers, a quality issue of this nature, after about 3-4 months of wear, is unacceptable. Tried to upload a picture but it won't let me.

When talking on slanted sidewalks, etc. the sides don't keep your feet on the shoe..

The sole is incredibly thick. Felt like platform shoes. The part where my foot is inserted into the shoe doesn't feel like it comes up high enough around my foot to make the shoe feel secure on my foot. Not my cup of tea. I returned them.

These shoes are not for everyone. If you purchase from Hoka you still have to pay shipping to return them. THEY ARE A NO FOR ME.

This is my 5th pair of Cliftons and I think something has changed with the soles. this pair is not as cushioned as previous pairs and I find my feet are not as supported as with my older pairs. Really unfortunate!

These were not as wide as I would have liked and killed my feet. I have never had shoes that hurt my feet so badly.

Sadly, although these seemed very comfortable for me when I first put them on, after a short while of walking in them my heels start to feel kind of tingly and my feet feel tired out. The longer I wear them the more fatigued my feet become, and I can't wait to get them off. I hoped it may be a matter of breaking them in, but after several weeks it's not getting better for me. I feel like my Plantar Fasciitis has worsened instead of improved. I talked to customer service and there was no suggestion that they had to help me.

I want to start by saying I LOVE the fit and comfort of the Clifton 8. This is my first pair of HOKAs and I get the hype now. As someone with chronic ankle pain, the right shoe makes a huge difference in day-to-day life. That said, I'm so disappointed with the quality of these HOKAs. I've had them for less than a month, and the right shoe is already falling apart at the heel tab. I paid full price, which is a steep price already, but I thought I was buying sneakers that would last a while. I don't run in them, just daily commuting so there isn't much work going on. I contacted HOKA, and they sent me their Warranty Information in which I would lose out on even more money because buyers assume the cost of shipping during the process. Overall DISAPPOINTED :( Note: I have tried to upload a photo but the website is not allowing it.

I had another pair of these and they were great out of the box. This pair created blisters on the side of my foot and on my toes. Not sure why that is, very sad because the old pair was perfect.

Shocked at how the arch dug into the side of my foot. I don’t know how anyone could wear these without pain.

As much as I wanted to love this walking shoe, it felt very cumbersome like a snow shoe. Recommended by orthopedic surgeon and it just didn't work for me
