Got these shoes for my mom who has inflammation on her foot from plantar fasciitis. She is in love with the cushion and the comfort it provides. Also super easy returns (and exchanges).

THE MOST COMFORTABLE SHOE I'VE EVER HAD. Adding the extra length on the heal adds more stability for me. I also feel these shoes improve my posture. I am a 67 year old female with osteoporosis. My daily walks seem easier and I feel better afterwards. I have worn HOKA footwear for years and have always been impressed with their quality and technical design.

As someone who has been wearing Bondi's for several years(before they were so popular I find the X even more comfortable. I have knee issues and I love the cushion and stability in these shoes. I was waiting for the next level of Bondi to come out and I am not disappointed. If you like the Bondi you will love this new version. More colors please.

I've been living in Hoka Bondi 6/7 post ankle injury and decided to try the Bondi X post recent ankle hardware removal. I was drawn to the wide cushioned heel and stability of the shoe. So far so good, very comfortable and the tongue of the shoe doesn't bother me like some of the other reviews. My only negative is the shoe is harder to get on as the tongue is much thinner than the Bondi 7 and I use custom orthotics. BTW, I am not a runner but I am a nurse who puts in many steps throughout the day. These shoes are worth the money, I'd buy another pair.

After suffering from stress fractures on the heels on a half marathon, I switched to running in Hoka Bondis several years ago, upon the recommendation from my ortho. When I saw the Bondi X, I knew I had to try it. So far, great cushion, comfortable, and seems it will withstand many miles.

As an older, active person, I appreciate the comfort and response of Bondi X.
Thank you for raising the bar allowing me to enjoy being active in my later years!

Great fit. Great look. Except when walking down steps, because of the length of the soles, it was getting caught and scratched when stepping down. I now have to be hyper vigilant about leaving extra space when stepping down to not continually damage the extended rear soles. Bummer that I now have both scratched. Just beware.

Like many people, I find these shoes unmatched in overall comfort and support. Unfortunately the most recent versions have become unattractive in their design and appearance. The exaggerated soles and clunky appearance, even on my small feet, have relegated the shoes to long distance walking, but no longer my everyday go-to.
Hopefully the previous, more streamlined design will return.

I liked the shoes except the back of the shoe sticks out and it got caught in my open steps a few times, almost tripping me down the stairs!! The same thing happened when I would get up off the couch! It's too bad, bc I liked the shoes; they were comfortable.

These seem like nice shoes but I am a senior citizen and did not feel stable in them. I guess I didn't expect them to have such a thick heel and they "rocked" and were not flat on the surface, so I had to return them. I can see how they might work great for a younger person.

I went from the Rincon 3 to the Bondi X. I'm in love with the plush. I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia and work two jobs. One as an office assistant and the other as a server at a restaurant. HOKA shoes are the only way I can pull a double shift. Slightly more bulky and the tongue is shorter than the Rincon (which can be a little frustrating for an overweight woman). :) But overall the best I've worn yet!!

This version is a little better than biondi 8. But biondi 7 was better. It had the best cushioning and tor room

I love these shoes but not as much as my Mach 5s. They're so comfortable up until the 11hr mark, they're not a pain but it is a nice relief taking them off at the end of the day. They also take a little bit longer to put on simply because the tongue part is short and as my foot goes in, it slides down so I have to tug on it a couple times. Great shoes though!

They feel awesome, but the back right heel started separating from the shoe on the first wear. Contemplating exchanging them.
