I pulled the boots out of the box, put on regular sports socks and hiked 4 miles. No "break in", no blisters, no thick socks just a perfect fit and extreme comfort. Worth every penny!

This is my 2nd pair of Kahas. I'm a hiker & compete in archery tournaments, hiking over several acres on rugged terrain. There are 28 targets & the footing is so much easier with my Kahas. Great stability but cushy enough to soften downhill trails & steps.

These are the most comfortable thing I have ever put on my feet! I will never go back to another hiking boot again. I hiked through Acadia and never had sore or tired feet. And they look so good - it's so hard to find cool hiking shoes. Best!

This boot is comfortable from the first hike. It's a Bondi on steroids. Great ankle support and a solid platform. Easy to lace and stays tight. Multiple muddy hikes on Kauai and boots are perfect. My comparison boots are Asolo TPS 520 GV Evo, used on lava fields. My Bondi & Clifton size 10 equals a Kaha size 10 (I wear orthotics & remove the footbed).

These shoes are comfortable, awesome-looking, made with the highest quality, and the customer service is phenomenal. You really do get what you pay for. Hoka is the best shoe in the world. I continue to brag about them to everyone I meet...because shoes should not hurt! Life is already hard enough without having to worry about your feet hurting. Hokas are pain free! Love 'em! Customer for life.

These are the most comfortable hiking boots I've ever owned! I am out hiking my dog every day on dirt mountain trails! I usually go a size up for my running shoes but just went a half size up for these boots and they fit perfectly! Please don't stop making them!

I have multiple styles of Hokas, and these don't disappoint. I'm doing long distance hiking in wet weather with a heavy pack. They have support without being too heavy. I love the cushion. I have narrow feet, so I usually prefer the Speed Goats, but I got used to the wider toe box.

I completed a 30K Ruck March in these boots and they held up great during training and on the day of the race. Super comfortable.

I bought these boots for hiking/backpacking but have so far only worn them on longish walks around town. The fit is great for me - narrow heels and wide toe box is just what I need. The insoles are well-cushioned with sufficient arch support and are positioned below the foot box so there is good stability. They are very light and the ankle collar comes up high enough to stabilize the ankles and Yay! they are waterproof. I'd give 5 stars but will wait till I test them thoroughly in the field.

Good arch support, like the tongue and ankle. Runs large; I am usually 9.5 but 9 fit. Only problem is there are wrinkles in the Goretex liner and real rubbing potential at the sides of the big toe joints.

I am a big fan of Hoka running shoes and had an old pair of Hoka hiking boots that I wore out after some years of heavy use. I only retired them when the treads finally wore out since the shoe was still comfortable. So I was excited to try this new model, it seemed sturdier than my last shoe and the Gore-Tex feature was appealing. I am, however, disappointed in the way this model is performing. While they were comfortable from the start, I have only used them on a few day hikes in the New Hampshire area last summer and this spring, and they are falling apart already. There is a hole that just developed in the left shoe where your toes flex and the material is peeling off in that area. This is not from rock damage and far too early to be from normal wear and tear, leaving me to conclude that the quality of this model is poor. The cushion of the sole also feels less supportive already. I will probably use them through the end of the summer, and then retire them. I am not sure I will take a chance again with Hoka hiking shoes, the price just seems too high for this quality.

I received these boots (Black) in August of 2021. Out of the box they were extremely comfortable and I was excited to wear them. In less than 2 months from a weekly day hike, the tread on the bottom started falling off. I did not return them right away for the warranty because I couldn't be without hiking boots living my lifestyle. I tried to make them work, tried to gorilla glue them, and it would barely hold for another week or two. Additional consideration would be their severe lack of arch support. I really want to love this shoe but Im very disappointed in the quality and durability from such a renowned brand (not to mention for over 200$)
