I bought these 2 months ago. I wore very thin socks in the store. Walked around in them a lit. Tried other slippers. These were nice & warm. HOWEVER! There is no solid platform for the feet to stay steady in. It gets lumpy & is not stable. For the price it is not well made. If I could return them I would. Quite disappointed in Bean Lea. In Connecticut.

I purchased my slippers to replace the same pair (2-3 years old). Same size. New slippers do not fit snuggly. They slosh around. The shearling seems much thinner. On my food scale, old slipper weighs 12 ounces. New slipper weighs 9.6 ounces. I understand inflation. I will pay for the quality product I thought I was ordering. I have kept the slipper, but will return to buying Ugg slippers for future purchases

I'm not only disappointed in the quality I am upset because once returned you only give back a merchandise credit. I wanted my refund back to my card. It's like I'm forced to buy something from you. Now I can no longer trust to buy at LLBean because of this poor practice.

I have a pair that I bought a couple of years ago that I have enjoyed and worn alot, but I had to send these back because they did not fit properly. They were poorly made. I was very disappointed. I have never had any issues before and have ordered many things from LL Bean.

Loved them, too big, got the next size down, still too big, will return. Don't want sloppy slippers. But the quality is awesome.

These slippers are like giving your feet a warm hug. I take my shoes of as soon as I get home and slip these on. Love the warm linings here in New England.

I received a pair of 7 as a gift. I have 61/2 Wide feet so that's what my spouse ordered. We're always instructed order up for W. Way too large which happens because W feet fitting M or B width is a toss up. My spouse ordered another pair in a 6 because the 7was too big. Again, too big and the back help slipped up/dow all the time. I liked them so well, we tried again. We ordered a 5. They fit better than others but the toe was too tight and yet there was still a slipping at the heel. During all this, I saw the coordinating boots in Navy and decided to try in case my spouse's attempts failed. I ordered a 6 because of the tightness of the other shoes at the front. I loved them so much I wanted to like them but I had to push my foot in. And, again, even everything else was tight, the back slipped. My husband suggested getting a 7 or higher and wearing thick socks. jking. He got these for safety and convenience. I can't put socks on and off ever time I get up. (I have physical issues.) My Birkis have done me well since the started putting out ones that didn't quite look like Birkis. But, I have a condition where I am sometimes not steady. My spouse is convinced it's the Birks. I was going to give the booties s try but sending back/sent 3 pair already appears to be a bold answer not to get them even though I love them. Btw, they felt like there were 3 different specks for the shoes. There was no consistency except issues. My foot is technically wide but not above slightly.

I love these slippers, but I wish I had picked the higher version, as my ankles are still a little chilly

Sent back size 10 and requested size 9. You sent size 10 again. Now I'm in the shipping and packaging business and all the fuel and effort required is disturbing.

I have never returned an item so fast. These slippers are shapeless blobs, there is no difference between the left and right slipper. In addition, the wedge shape of the heel and sole make it hard to walk in them. The standards for shoes continue to fall everywhere, manufacturers don't even consider foot shape anymore, it seems. They are overpriced, but wouldn't be wearable at any price.

I bought these about a year ago. I was having some trouble with swollen feet, and these have a very low instep, which caused a lot of discomfort across the tops of my feet. They've stretched a little with wearing so this is less of a problem, but now the sheepskin on the cuffs is going bald! The fleece is just falling out and leaving tufts all over the house. These were so cute when I got them, but now they're getting uglier and uglier. I've had good experiences with Bean shoes in the past, but I'll never buy their slippers again. Too much money for so little satisfaction.

I can't believe all the positive reviews these get. They are nice looking and the colors are pretty, but there is absolutely NO cushion in these. The "coziness and comfort" is an illusion. Plus they stupidly attach a stiff tag on the inside, which I am sure would be annoying. Very disappointing, especially for how much L.L. Bean charges for them. I spent only one minute in these and knew they had to go back.

The slipper was at least a size too large even though i got my regular shoe size, and would not stay on my feet. In addition the slipper was rigid and heavy and even if it had fit properly, would not be comfortable. I am returning it.

This is my second pair slippers that are ill fitting. I've always had good luck with anything LL Bean, which is why I gave this style of slipper a second chance. They look so comfy and cozy, but they're just as uncomfortable as the first pair. They lose their shape in less than a month. I wouldn't recommend.

I've been wearing them for a month, they are completely flat and feel like my previous ones did after 3 years. Very disappointed in these. I will be ordering my previous slippers in the after Christmas sales.

I am very disappointed. I ordered a half size up as suggested. The slippers are so ill-fitting I thought perhaps I was accidentally sent a men's slipper. My feet slide so much, the slippers feel unsafe to walk in - especially using stairs. This is the first negative review I have ever written. I would rate this a zero if I could.

I chose Size 9, typical for me, and they were a little looser than expected. Still super comfortable and easy to step into as I'd hoped. If only it were a little colder here in north Florida

I really liked the look and composition of this slipper. Unfortunately, when I ordered it since I was a half size, it was recommended to go up a size. When I received my order, I can say that my feet were swimming in these slippers. I returned them. Not interested in pursuing another size.

Received these in January. The scratchy tag is in the worst possible place. Unfortunately, I should have returned them then instead of taking the tag out. They were the best slippers for FIVE months. After five months the shearling wore straight through in multiple places in the right slipper. Since I removed the extremely uncomfortable tag, they would not exchange the poor quality slippers. For the price paid, they should last longer than 5 months. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the product and the customer service.

I am returning these slippers because of their poor design. After wearing them for a few days I chose to send them back because of the following reasons: There is a rock hard "lift" in the heel, which started to give me severe foot pain after wearing them around the house for only three days. The tags on the inside are uncomfortable for bare feet. The sizing is way off. I am normally a 7.5 in women's, but I sized up per the recommendation the 8s I ordered were absolutely huge on me. I would have kept them despite being a bit bigger than I might like, but the foot pain from the hard, elevated heel (highly unexpected for slippers!) and the discomfort from the location of the tags, made me decide to send these back in for a refund. I am really disappointed as I wanted to love these.

I wanted to love these, they looked very comfortable and cozy but as soon as I started walking in them my feet slide from side to side. It feels like there's a weird hump in the middle of the slipper or something that just doesn't let your feet sit sturdy in the middle and the sides just don't support the foot at all. All of this causes a very sloppy walking situation that is just begging for an ankle injury. Unfortunately I'm going to have to return them.
