Very stiff and uncomfortable plus the slight arch support was not placed correctly.

Very disappointed in these slippers. 'Wool' lining has been shedding since first wearing, foam insole is almost bare in several places and slippers are not warm, but very clammy. Questioning whether there is actually any real wool in them at all.

I really wanted to love these. There's plenty of toe room and the construction seemed good . The size felt right -neither too loose nor too tight. But within thirty minutes of wearing them the edge of the upper had abraded my foot to the point of bleeding. You can see the bloody mark left on the slipper in my photo.

Very disappointed in these as the felted footbed of each clog has significantly worn away after only 13 months of wear. I've had two previous pairs of wool clogs from L.L.Bean that each lasted for about 15 years before I had to replace them!! To return this latest pair, I have to send them back at my expense and wait several weeks for the returns department to make a decision as to whether or not I have a legitimate complaint. Not worth the hassle.

I had these clogs for all of 3 weeks before they were filled with holes in the interior lining. I found them to be very hard and uncomfortable and not made to L.L. Bean's standards. I owned a pair of these clogs in the 90s and loved them. The new version are a total disappointment.

Perfect fit. I have a wide foot and this fit perfectly. I was recommended these kind from my lyme doctor as many lyme patients struggle with pain on the bottom of your feet.
I'd also recommend:
None these. Are awesome

Stunk of chemicals to high heaven! Returned them promptly. What happened to your former great quality LL Bean? It has become a thing of the past. I am no longer a customer of yours.

My wife really likes this style shoe, this is her second pair. However, the soles are off gassing a strong rubber odor that triggers her MCS. The first pair she had, a long time ago, did not off gas like this.
These are good shoes but be aware if you have chemical sensitivities these shoes may be a problem.

For $80 slippers I expected these to last. They are falling apart, the felt lining is wearing away completely, and I have only had them for two months. So disappointed.

I purchased these shoes for this winter and these shoes have deteriorated very fast even before the winter has run out! I have used these only indoors but they are already peeling terribly and one has even got a hole! See pictures!

Unfortunately, I didn't like the fit and had to return them. The rim cut into the top of my foot. The materials were fine. Loved that it had arch support. But it wasn't for me. Even in thick socks, it was uncomfortable.

Hard sole. Oversized. Not comfortable. Looked more like a man's than woman's. Poor quality for the price.

I had to return the slippers as the sizing was way off, (much too large) and they were uncomfortable to walk in. I believe can get my $6.50 return fee back as I ordered the correct size based on the information in the product's description, but the sizing was inaccurate. I am replacing them with the moccosin slipper, and that should be much better

I love the fit and the warmth. I would rate these slippers a high mark except within 2 weeks of wearing the slippers the interior material started to wear away so I have to rate them only 1 star. With the worn interior the slippers look terrible, they look as if they have been worn for many years but I have only been wearing them this winter. I am so disappointed in the quality of the interior material, especially since I love wearing these slippers. Slippers I bought from a discount store in the past, and wore for years, held up much better than these higher prices slippers which I have only worn for a couple of months. I so wish a better quality material was used in the inside of the slippers. All other aspects of the slippers are fine. But the interior is a show stopper.

These slippers are wonderfully warm and comfortable. Unfortunately, after just six weeks of indoor wear the blue wool interior has eroded from the footbed of just the right slipper. The soles still look box fresh and the rest of the slippers are in perfect shape but the inside has fallen to bits.

I was excited about these slippers but they were terribly uncomfortable. I gave it a couple of weeks and they got a little better but then if I went a day or two without wearing them they hurt again. I am going to be returning.

I am disappointed to say the least. I shopped LL Bean because of the great quality snow sneakers I purchased three winters ago! I am disappointed to write that these slippers are not of the same LL Bean quality. After just one month, there are tears/wear holes in the heel area. if you are wondering, I am careful to make sure I am not standing on rear raised heel when I wear them. These are comfortable, and warm however, the quality of material is sub-par. I only wear them indoors, and usually with light socks on. These should NOT have tears within one month of purchase. I am Disappointed they did not live up to the quality of the LL Bean snow sneakers that I LOVE!

They are huge! I ordered the same size I've been buying from there for the past 20+ Years. Fit not only was huge they weren't comfortable at all.

Two sizes too big and very stiff. They don't bend when you walk. Will return.

Although the shoe looks nice, it has zero arch support and the band fit tight across the top of my size 7 foot. I wanted to love it, but I couldn't return it quickly enough. I'll try another LL Bean shoe.

After wearing these slippers for about 3 months, I noticed that the interior lining was wearing off, both at the heel and inside the toe box, as well as along the edges. Underneath the lining is poor-quality cardboard-like material. I am quite thin, so I didn't put much weight on these slippers. I only wore them with socks, so sweaty feet weren't involved. The wool felt started coming off in little chunks, too. This is a very poor quality slipper which costs $79. I would have given no star at all if that were an option. Don't buy it!
I have returned them for a refund. I want to add that L.L.Bean's customer service is outstanding.

I'd been a happy LLBean customer for many years, but am very disappointed with this product and customer service. The lining wore through in heel area after less than 6 months of wear. Customer service said I can return (at my expense) for an exchange or refund pending their review. They should at least give you a credit for shipping since it's a defective product. I was replacing a similar pair of LLBean slippers which lasted a few years. Surprised and disappointed at the quality slippage. Won't risk getting another pair!
