Poor quality. Very disappointed and actually surprised. Was willing to pay for a good clog like my old ones but these did not measure up at all.

I bought these in December and by January the fabric started to wear and now in February the fabric is really worn. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. For $90 it should last longer

The inside of this woman's slipper was very scratchy not soft, so my friend refused them at Christmas embarrassing me! Not worth $89.00 !

I've always trusted L.L.Bean for durable, well-made products, but these slippers were a huge letdown. My husband bought these for me last Christmas, and after just a few months of normal wear, the lining started pulling away and bunching up, making them uncomfortable and nearly impossible to wear. For the price, I expected them to last far longer and definitely not fall apart this quickly. I really wanted to love these, but the quality just isn't there.

I actually returned these! They were not what I expected for a product you are supposed to be able to wear outside.

I didn't like the plastic like feel of the insert. Thought this might be an option for my slipper. I reverted back to the wicked good clog/slipper. Wish that came in all the colors still!

I was given these as a gift and love them, however, like other reviews state, the inside insert wears out quickly and they have no way to fix or replace the insert inside. I would even buy a new insert if it meant I could wear these slippers longer because I love the look and how comfortable they are!

I bought these in January 2025, and only three months later the footbed has worn away. My feet touch plastic. I am extremely disappointed because I purchased these shoes hoping that the higher price and L.L. Bean brand name would mean they would last for years. Unfortunately I wasted nearly $80 for shoes that didn't last even three months. These look great and were comfortable, until the lining wore away. I wouldn't recommend buying this product unless L.L. Bean can improve their construction.

I've had these for about 2 months with occasional wear in the evenings around the house only and they have fallen apart on the inside. I so wanted to love these since I own a ton of LL Bean products and recommend them to everyone.

Terrible. Poor quality. Got them on November 12, 2024; barely made it 3 months without the soles wearing down. The inside of my slippers looks like I've had them for 10 years.

One fit, was true to size. Other slipper was a larger size. Returned as defective and received a refund. Not happy about about having original shipping deducted from my refund as it was all LL Beans fault.

In less than 2 years, the lining on the footbed has worn off, so instead of fabric, my foot now touches a plastic/styrofoam footbed. Yuck.

Terrible. Poor quality. Barely made it 3 months without the soles wearing down. The inside of my slippers look like I've had them for 10 years not 6 months.

I bought these less than a year ago and they're falling apart. They were pretty worn in within a month or so of getting them, but functional until September (I got them in January). I don't wear them outside, but I do always always have them on when I'm in my house. Obviously you can't expect a pair of slippers to last forever, but I'm super disappointed to get less than a year out of something from llbean. When I went to my local llbean store to see about a warranty they first told me my dog must have chewed them (she didn't) then they said I shouldn't expect a pair of slippers to last more than a year. Seems like a weird policy from a company that promotes themselves on durability and sustainability. I'm really not someone that ever writes bad reviews, but I bought these since they're more affordable option than most wool clog style slippers out there and in hindsight I wish I'd just spent the money on a more durable pair since now I'm having to buy new ones anyway! Just hoping this review will help someone else make that decision.

I'm a US 8.5. 8 was too small, 9 was too big. Was super disappointed, had to return them. We have a retail LL Bean in my town so luckily the return process was easy.

I had high hopes for these, as I was looking for a pair of similar wool clogs to my very loved, worn-out Stegman's. These looked like a copycat, but they are far from it. They are very wide (Regular B width), and not form-fitting to your foot. The soles do not flex at all, making them loud, clunky, and uncomfortable. They do not look attractive on the foot, but if you are obese with cankles and wear long dresses, these should be perfect for you.

The band across the top is so painful after wearing them for a little while. It has no stretch at all.

I was given these slippers as a gift. I had another pair that I really loved so I wanted them again. Big mistake. This pair, which were worn exclusively inside, have completely fallen apart. They were purchased almost 2 years ago, but I wear them only in colder months so in reality, these have been on my feet for a total of 11 months, tops.
I contacted customer service, sent them the actual slippers, and they told me they looked like "typical wear and tear". The wool is pilling (the rep condescendingly asked if I had washed them, which I have not), holes formed at the toes and in several locations. They became unwearable. Call me crazy, but I think a pair of $80 slippers should last a little longer than a year. The rep asked if I wanted them back or if she should just trash them - I told her to trash them. These are trash. And everyone on here giving positive reviews are going to be back here in a year after theirs fall apart too. I'm terribly disappointed in the quality and the refusal to stand by the product. LL Bean was a company I respected and would buy items from because it was worth the money to have better quality items. But now I see I'm better off just buying somewhere else.

I am sure if you can buy a pair that fit, it would be great. According to your site, if you wear a half size, order up. I did and they were like flip flops. So, I get to return them and pay for shipping! Not fair.

These completely fell apart after a year - fleece is pilled and my toes are poking through the end of them. I called customer service and was told that the warranty only lasts for a year and these were 16 months old. No more llbean lifetime quality guarantee - ended in 2018 per the rep. Guess that's the end of me prioritizing llbean as a site given the cost of the products and the lack of longterm customer loyalty prioritization.

I purchased these clogs and they started to form holes and fall apart after less than a year typical wear inside my house. I contacted customer service one week after the warranty was up and was told that it was my fault that the slippers fell apart and they refused to refund me or send me a new pair. I will not purchase anything from LL Bean again. Their quality has clearly suffered over the years and their customer service is deplorable.

I couldn't walk in them for more than a few minutes because the top of the shoe was so hard it hurt my toes, also they were fairly loose.

I received the slippers in late October and they already have multiple holes in them (after just 3 months of use). Both heels have holes and the outer edges inside. The slippers I had previously lasted 3 years. Overall, it's a waste of money for the poor quality.
