Soft but no padding or cushion in the sole. Look cute but not a slipper comfort

Bought this back in January and they're suddenly ruined. I don't understand how.

Sole flad and hard as a board. Felt so think my skinny foot had a hard time getting in there.

I have been buying these for 20 years. These are huge and wide and sole is inflexible and slippery. I can't believe these are a Beans product.

The flatness if the sole and zero arch support make them very difficult to walk in.

I got these for my mom, thinking after reading the reviews that I'd watch her carefully in the first few steps, as this is usually the style slipper I see her in. She slipped them on, loved the feel, and promptly fell. They're so short that I can't get a feel for what caused it, but she says they're heavy. I'm returning for a different pair.

This is my second pair of slippers from LL Bean. The first was far better quality and a better fitting slipper. The slipper is warm but much too wide fit.

The bottoms of this slipper sometimes "sticks" to the carpet. I nearly tripped a few times.

Nice slippers but they didn't stay on my feet. I returned them for a different style.

Wanted to love theses. The soles are very thick & rigid, will not break in at all. Have tripped several times while wearing as they do not bend in any way.

Good looking but labeled incorrectly as a Women's size 11. Fits like a Mens size 10. We will be returning this one

I wear an 11 shoe, so I ordered a woman's 11, and they are 2 inches too long. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the service department has been so helpful in resolving the issue.

I want to like these, they are warm and soft, but the soles are so flat and hard with no arch support.

The slippers were first of all enormous! I ordered a women's 11 and they are at least 3 sizes to big. The bottom is quite stiff and the tag is very scratchy. I will be returning them and going with another brand.

Sole is rigid. I knew this before I bought them (sent them back last time), however, the comfort inside of the slipper is very good. The previous slides you offered were outstanding on all levels in my opinion.

I just bought these about 3 weeks ago, and The fur on the inside quickly wears away, and then what's left is a white material, which is easy to slide off of. I think L.L. Bean is making these differently now, which is a shame. I had the other classic slipper for maybe 3 years, and it never exposed a white cheap material underneath, just became matted.

The quality that existed with these slippers in the past has greatly declined. I'm disappointed in the quality of the leather and the shearling wool. These will not hold up with wear.

I was so excited to receive these shoes, after years of contemplating spending so much! At first, the shoes felt like heaven-on-earth, beautiful, well-crafted, soft-soled, and warm. After two months of almost constant wear, I noticed the cushiony support was gone; I felt as if I was walking on a flat board. The price is extraordinarily expensive for no formed cushiony support after only two months of wear.

I purchased these slippers for running around ,outside etc... I have large feet these are enormous! They look like men's slippers. The sole is stiff without any cushion. They are going back as I'm afraid I'll trip and fall. Will order another pair of wicked good slippers. I expect better quality from llbean.

I had purchased these a little more than a year ago and even wore them only during cold months, the fur inside of especially one slipper has worn completely. I love LLbean products and their great customer service, but this particular product is not a good craftsmanship; I would expect LLBean to stand by their product. No, I would not recommend these.

When I first got these slippers I was ecstatic! They are so comfy, warm and soft. But after only about 2 months of wearing them the shearling lining on the bottom completely wore off and is now just leather which sucks... I think these are amazing slippers but am sadly disappointed with the quality.

I was very excited to receive these slippers. LLBean is one of my favorite places to shop, so I was shocked at how disappointing these slippers were. They didn't bend at all and the foot bed wore away very quickly because of the friction. Customer service was wonderful and I sent them back.

I was excited to get these this past Christmas to replace a pair of Ugg slippers I had for 6 years. I'm incredibly disappointed in the quality of these slippers. The fur on the heel of both slippers has already worn down to the hard portion of the slipper. This is something I'd expect with wear. However, not after 5 months of use.
