I have had nothing but trouble with my left side slipper. The heel absolutely HATES to make contact with my heel. I am always scuffing my soles to keep the shoe sort of on my foot. I absolutely hate this slipper. I made a huge mistake not getting a full heel. Hate this slipper. Cannot wait to throw it away when I get a decent replacement...

This will be a short review. I bought this item on October, the 21st of 2018. This is now (December 2018) what it looks like (see pictures). $80 and I've enjoyed these slippers for exactly 2 months. "LLBean quality" is just a joke at this point.

The sole was too narrow, so your foot tended to roll over on the side.

The slippers are comfortable, but have stretched out a little big. Also, the fur has worn off a lot inside, and the stitching on the trim has come off around the heel. This was the first time I tried these and would not buy them again.

Scuff was purchased for wear around the house. After only 3 1/2 months the fleece lining has virtually worn down to the soles. The scuff sides have stretched and collapsed and the slipper is unwearable and won't stay on. VERY BAD product.

I tried them on and there was almost no heel and there was no way to keep them from coming off because of the almost non existent heel height! So, I returned them and could not honestly recommend them to anyone!

I purchased this pair of house slippers for x-mass, however, we they got to me and I tried them on the back of the slippers were too short which would cause the slippers to slip out of my feet with every step.

When I first got my scuffs, I loved them. They fit like a glove and I wore them as much as possible. After about 6 months, however, I noticed the fit getting more and more loose. Eventually, they got to the point where I could barely keep them on my feet without sliding off. It all comes down to that super comfy stuffing. Initially it feels great, but with the pressure of my feet walking around in them, it wore down and made the fit way too loose. My initial review would have been super positive, but now I really wish I would have gotten a smaller size or just a completely different product.

I ordered the Scuff slipper on line. If I had seen them in a store and tried them on, I wouldn't have taken them. I normally wear a 10-1/2 EEE shoe. LLBean does not have half sizes so I ordered an 11. They also didn't offer EEE width but I thought that with the larger size it would compensate. Wrong! I'm not happy with the slippers. I didn't know that Scuff means "no back around the heel." It is not a comfortable slipper even if the size was right.

I finally had to throw out a pair of LL Bean mocs like these 4 years ago after wearing them to shreds. I loved them. I have now tried two different shoes from LL Bean, neither of which adhere to a size standard!!! These were so narrow I had to sit down and work them on and then were too painful to wear. And the length was too short. All my other shoes fit OK, I'm not getting bigger, my feet aren't getting wider, so what gives??? This is the last time I buy LL Bean shoes.

Since I am a half size, I ordered up. These don't fit at all. You have to walk on the sides. No way to use these. Please don't waste your money.

These slippers must have been sized for a very narrow footed person!

Great comfort! Terrible durability! Sole and upper came apart after only 12 months on both mine and my wife's pair. Would not recommend. Now looking for new pair, other than llbean.

I'm on my 4th pair since Christmas. First pair had big clumps of lining falling out so was walking on the sole of the slipper. Next 2 pair the stitching ripped in the back of the slippers. My 4th pair arrived yesterday and already the stitching is starting to let go on the back of them again. This is not the LL Bean quality that we are used to. Thanks to Beans for replacing these with no questions asked. Its going to cost more for shipping to replace these than its worth !!!

Sorry, but the picture in the catalog didn't clearly reveal the nature of these shoes. No heels! Hate that. It I wanted flip-flops I would have bought them instead. Moreover, when walking, the shoes won't stay on without crunching your toes up into a ball. Further, they wooble left and right when you walk. Stay away from them.

I have loved the wicked good slippers for a long time, and I guess what used to be their positive hurt them. My last pair, when they were still beige, lasted many years and were the best slippers I have ever owned. I am a size 11 and this new pair was too small in an 11 so I brought them back. LL Bean is fantastic and replaced them with a 12 immediately but the new slippers are of very low quality. The heel collapses and I end up walking on the heel which is annoying. I got them for Christmas 2012 and it is only February 2 months later and the fur in the heel is already wearing off. These slippers are so bad I am already looking for a replacement, which will not be LL Bean unfortunately.

The sole was so stiff that the shoes flopped and flapped with every step. I have a pari of the Wicked Good Moccasins that I keep at a second house and wanted something like that, but not exactly the same. Big mistake.Sent them back.

I bought these hoping they would fit. They were to narrow and the back of this scuff was not high enough to fit properly. I tried them for a few days. My normal size is 11 medium. I could not see ordering these in size 12. I am in the process of sending them back.

For the price I would expect something that would last years considering we wear slippers approximately an hour a day. The inside of the slippers are worn at heel and toe. This has happened with both mine and my husband's pair. I am returning both today as I am not satisfied at all with this item.

I received these slippers for Christmas last year. After wearing them on the weekends from Jan-March, I put them in the closet for the winter. I took them out last weekend, and after 2 days wear, the stiching that holds the top on unraved on both slippers. I would expect much higher quality for the price paid.

I got these yesterday. The fit is fine and lastnight I was happy. I took the tag off... This morning I notice a rip in the shearling at the inside of the right slipper. So I'm really mad. I could not have done anything to warrant such a rip. so either the slippers were shipped ripped or the quality is so poor that they ripped in less than one day!? First time llbean purchase. I am very surprised at the poor quality, so I won't be back. Save your money; I wish I had!

I did not like this item. Despite ordering a size 9. it is too short, doesn't stay on my foot and feels uncomfortable. I find myself returning to my old worn slippers that I had hoped to replace. This item is not up to the usual standards of LL Bean!
