I'm a forestry student so I needed a backpack that would work both for in school and outside. This backpack has great features and is well constructed. The laptop pocker fits perfectly, the straps adjust very easily, and the backpack always sits flush on my back even when it's full of gear. My only wish is that the main compartement had an inner pocket, but that's a small gripe.

I loved this backpack, it was stylish, comfortable and it was roomy until I had three extra-large textbooks (I had bought it before I got all my textbooks) and my Mac (in a well-cushioned laptop sleeve), but I had already thrown away the return label that they sent, so in the hopes that I could possibly return my bag, I called their customer service number and less than 10 minutes later, (no exaggeration, I timed it) I was off the phone and received an email from a very nice representative containing my return label, I took it to my FedEx store and I received my refund a couple days later! Amazing customer service!! I will never own another brand's backpacks.

I bought this bag to use when I go to the fire station. I'm using it not just for going to work but for day trips and longer travel. Well made bag. Lots of functional pockets. Light weight and looks really cool.

I bought this pack for college and it has definitely been the perfect purchase. It's protects my ipad and macbook while being able to carry all the essentials i need. Very sturdy and comfortable.

Purchased this backpack for our son for school. He said it's the best! Great quality & very durable. Side water bottle pockets are a good size. Padded straps are a huge plus

I love it. It's perfect for college, my laptop fits very nicely and I have no doubts about it being protected. Enough space for all my day-to-day things I need to carry while still maintaining a small form factor. Would recommend.

Use it daily for work, and on the weekends for hiking. This thing does it all. Haven't found anything to complain about.

I bought this backpack to use as a college freshman. It's perfect. My lap top is secure in the separate compartment and I l or how I can tighten the strap around my water bottle so it doesn't fall out. I can easily fit everything I need for the day including a change of clothes for the gym and an extra pair of shoes! 10/10 I recommend this backpack.

Amazing backpack. I purchased it for my boyfriend as a gift and he loves it. Uses it for traveling to work and it fits so much while looking slim.

I don't know why the North Face makes such durable and great bags. If they want to run business well, it would be better for them to make bags with mediocre quality so people would keep buying. But this bag is very durable with great designs! I think I would use this bag for next 3-4 years at least. Well works for me!

Fantastic for high school! Has room for all of my schoolwork, supplies and extracurricular activities. Handy pocket on the side keeps my hydro flask at the ready for quick drink.

This is a beautiful bag, spacious. The material is amazing with lots of pockets to manage stuff easily.

I bought this back pack for may daughter but had to return it. I was my fault though. The bag was nice as I think most NF bags are. This is her (she's 16) 3rd one, but she wanted a white bag and I didn't pay attention to the description. The bag is a light grey so it went back and I had to order a different one. She also liked the older style better, with out the "hood". She didn't really like the top flap if that makes sense.

My ninth-grade grandson uses this backpack daily for school and he loves it!!! It is very well constructed and is able to hold all of his books, binders and ChromeBook with room to spare.

I have bought this backpack for each of my 3 boys when they started junior high school. It is roomy, comfortable and sturdy. It accommodates their books, 3 ring binders, laptops and water bottles without a problem.

I bought this backpack for university, and I am absolutely pleased with it! There's a separate zipper pocket for laptops, which is definitely very helpful! I also love that the side pockets are not mesh, because i always have issues with those tearing, and the adjustable cord on the sides help to keep everything secure. I absolutely love this backpack, and would recommend it to anyone!
