I've been using my backpack to commute on bike to school and work. If fits everything I need and is colorful enough to catch drivers' attention when I'm one road. I've traveled with it on airplanes and even with a weekend of clothes, toiletries, my laptop, etc. it is a great sized personal item!

Awesome for traveling. Fits a laptop easy. Pull strings make it so you can roll up a blanket or sweatshirt and not have to worry about it! Super comfortable to wear and light weight. Highly recommend!

I'm a college student and use this backpack daily. It fits everything I need, doesn't feel to heavy and is comfortable for walking around campus all day. I highly recommend and it is very durable.

One of the best backpacks I've ever used. It has all the necessary features one would want in a backpack. Such as nice back padding which helps with back support. It also has padded straps which make the backpack comfortable to use. It's spacious as well being able to carry lots of items for traveling, school or hikes. One of my favorite features is the adjustable cup holders.

Great backpack for school, holds my 16 inch Macbook, iPad and chargers along with 2 water bottles and any books that I need to carry to class. It has a lot of pockets for holding pens and my wallet to carry around too. Would buy every time I need a new one.

Used for travel purposes

My son is in high school and this has been a great purchase. Its sturdiness limits the weight pulling on his back. Even with numerous items in it, I find comfort in it. Would definitely buy again!

Plenty of space and comfortable to wear. I previously owned a borealis backpack that I used every day in all kinds of weather (rain, heat, below freezing, etc.) On my bike rides and walks to work, and it still lasted for several years. I hope (and expect) this one, which I got about a month ago, to last for a couple of years, too

I absolutely love The North Face backpacks; I have had mine for over 2 years and have used it for school and traveling and is still in perfect condition. I could not recommend this backpack enough.
