I use this backpack for school and I like the way it can fit everything I need.

I really liked how it had multiple compartments to separate my laptop from my other items I use for school. What I didn't like too much was there were too many different straps that just dangle around that I can't take off since I don't use them most of the time

Great balance of space an usability. Generally this is used as a daily backpack for laptop, books, writing stuff. But it also works great for a day pack for bike rides and hikes

My son wanted this for school. It is perfect for his MacBook that he has to carry and plenty of room for other school stuff. He loves it. The lumbar support makes this very comfortable to carry all day.

Love it - probably best backpack TMF makes. Just wish the colors were more goblin blue and less navy blue. The straps should be goblin in my opinion like the other two they make.

Great backpack and it has a lot of room in the section for the laptop, and it is great for any type of use. I have been using it for about two weeks for travel and it has had plenty of room for everything I need. I got the navy blue and its really nice in person, highly recommended.

It looks sturdy. I got it for my high school student to use at school. The laptop pocket is secure. My child feels like they can't fit as much stuff into it as their old Jansport backpack, but that it's a lot sturdier and well-padded/protected.

Love my new backpack! I have an older model Recon for over 15 years and it was still going strong but looking a little over-used. The new one is just as useful and well constructed with many improvements including deeper water bottle pockets, improved front pocket and more. I just took out with me on a ski trip and it worked great for travel and hauling stuff to the slopes.

I use this backpack as my daily commuter for work as well as for day hikes on the weekends. It's perfect for everything. Spacious enough for my work laptop, files, lunch, and water bottles, as well as everything we need out on the trail. I love the catch-all pocket on the front for quick things I need to stash and the multiple zippered pockets for organization are a great help!

The backpack will be used for day hiking and over nighters. I had to return another pack because of problems I had with it and north face was great to work with and the return was super. Thank you for all your help and I plan on doing much more shopping with you.

I purchased this bag for my trip to Utah. I have two other Northface bags that I regularly use but I wanted to camouflage in this one. It looks amazing. I love the changes that they made with the new one. Can't go wrong with North face bags. Only the best

I use this bag everyday, and it is a nice pack. The quality seems good, but it's not as spacious as advertised in my opinion. I have a camelbak rimrunner 22L that fits more than this 30L pack. I think it is mainly due to the fact that the front pockets take up space in the main compartment, it keeps it streamline but doesn't allow you to use every cubic inch. Otherwise seems to be a good pack.

Fits all my stuff perfectly. I use it for school but I could imagine it working well for travel or even hiking as well. Only drawback is that depending on how you pack stuff, things you put in the bottom of the main pouch can sometimes be hard to access. I got around the problem by moving things around though so it's really not a huge issue.

I travel regularly for work and have multiple offices. This carries everything I need and is small enough to not be a burden.

Use the bag for work and frequent travel. Perfect for bringing my laptop, notes, and tablet. Plenty of storage options for what I need. Not a massive bag but I wasn't looking for something that was huge.
