Great classic backpack! Lots of pockets, durable zippers and well made. Bought for my high schooler, and so far have been happy. Worth the cost if you don’t replace every year!

I purchased this backpack to use for travel and day hikes and to replace my Jasper backpack. I've been using the Jasper for a few years and, while the size was great, the small front pocket was frustrating (everything falls out all the time). My husband has the same pack and enjoys the organization options with the pockets. Hopefully, I will feel the same.

I have looked for years for a backpack exactly like the North Face Isabelle backpack I once had and wore out. I was glad to find this one, which is exactly like the old one except that it does not have small pockets for pens, small pads, etc. But it does have the almost hidden pocket at the very top -- great for phone and wallet and other things I don't want easily found by thieves.

I have used this backpack for both law school and for international travel. The backpack has lots of pockets, making it easy to access items instead of digging through one large pocket. It also has a very protective laptop pocket.

Really good quality. The color is awesome, everything as expected.

My daughter needed a new backpack for school and this exceeded her expectations! There's so much room with so many compartments, and it's really comfortable to wear, too! It'll suit her well in college next year!!

I purchased this backpack specifically for traveling. It works out perfectly! It's well made and has enough pockets to separate certain items from each other. The pocket for the laptop is perfect for a laptop or iPad.

Absolutely LOVE this backpack!! Plenty of room for all of my books and computer. Straps definitely help! Wayyyyy better than a normal backpack!

I originally purchased my first surge backpack in 2014 before starting college. It lasted me until now, and the only reason I had to replace it was because our German shepherd puppy chewed through the straps! It held up exceptionally well. I bought the newest updates surge backpack and still love it. The updates in the pack since 2014 are great and make it sleeker and more stable.

We have 4 of these packs. All held out really well except the last when where one of the straps loosened and broke but we were able to utilize the warranty and get it replaced. My kids love the packs - they are comfortable on the shoulders and back and the weight is distributed evenly.

Bought it as a gift and she absolutely loved, she said it's very comfortable and fits all her necessities.

Excellent backpack! Both my children and myself have this pack. They use it for their very heavy books for high school and they report the the straps and shape of the bag makes it very comfortable to carry. I can see this pack lasting my kid through college and med school.

This backpack is fantastic. The design takes a lot of pressure/weight off of your back, even when carrying a lot of weight. I was skeptical that a woman-specific design would make any difference, but it really does. It has plenty of storage, clever features, and looks very stylish. The only con is that it can't fit very large or bulky items because the design is very structured, but it is perfect for anyone commuting or walking a lot.

Love the color and plenty of room for all of my school stuff! It has so many pockets!

Great backpack for College. Bought for my daughter and she can fit everything securely. Brushed nickel zipper stands out to her liking. Adjustable width is a plus. I would strongly recommend this backed by TNF warranty.

Great quality- actually fits all of my daughter's school books and we haven't found a bag that could until this one. Great color options too.
