The outside zippers failed in less than 3.5 months of use. There isn't even that much tension on this zipper so completely disappointed. Mind you I still have my Recon bag form 10 years ago. So disappointed!!!

Just received this & tried to put my stuff away. I could only fit a half-empty notebook and empty folder. Tried an experiment & 17L backpack was more roomy. Will be returning immediately.

Don't buy was a waste of my money and I got yell at cause how small it was cause I though it was bigger please don't buy was a waste of money and time of getting yelled at and I am not exaggerating

Unfortunately although the bag is really pretty with the rose gold detailing, the bag topples over and I could only fit one book and a binder in the main compartment. The bottom is round and top heavy with or without stuff in it. It looks as if it should be big enough but it simply isn’t. It’s going back.

Didn't work for my 5' 2" daughter. When she loaded it with her laptop and college books, the straps dug into her shoulders.

This bag is significantly smaller than prior years. It claims 31L, but not nearly that size. The tightness between the departments is horrible for the main compartment to say the least and can not put a lot in it. Very disappointed in this product and wish I could return.
