These shoes do indeed run big, as other reviews indicate. Had to return first pair for next size smaller

The greatest for walking my dog through morning wet orchard grass - very comfortable and very durable. Also a great shoe for garden work. Easily washable to keep clean. I had tried many other walking shoes, but none kept my feet so dry. Thank you, always, LLBean, for dry warm feet winter and early summer mornings.

Rubber mocs were the perfect four season wear. I did order a full size down, and they fit perfectly. They are durable, comfortable and ease of on and off were my priority features. I love the footwear.

Great shoe for the river if you don't like rain boots. It runs very long. I wear a size 10, rarely a 10 1/2. After discussing size with a customer service rep, I decided to try the 10. Took it back to the store where I tried on a 9 (different color)...which fit perfectly. This shoe is great for standing along muddy river banks watching the races. There is good support and coverage. Highly recommend...but listen to the reviews. They all did say the shoe ran long!

Bought two pair of Women's Rub Mocs. My wife and daughter both wanted to add a pair of the new black variety to their wardrobes. They had other colors over the past twenty years. Both are delighted with their gifts. They both wear the mocs with light weight socks most of the time. The sizing recommendations on line were right on and they are happy with the fit.

love this shoe.I have a sm foot and would usually wear a size 6 wide...I ordered the 6 wide and had to send them back for a 6 reg...I have a 10 year old pair that I still wear in the muck everyday..these are my new dress ones to wear out and about.....Love Them wish they made them in a wms 5...

I was afraid of the sizing issue--I wear a 6.5 but the smallest size I could order is a 6. But I wanted to try these out and I am so glad I did. Excellent coverage for wet muddy weather! And I'm sure they will be good for the snow and ice of winter. Very happy I took the chance! LL Bean's easy return policy also gave me the confidence to give it a try.

I wear a 9 medium and ordered these in 8 medium (as recommended) and they fit fine - even with light/medium socks! I got them in the brown/tan - they are very well made and attractive shoes - I am sure I will enjoy them for years to come! We may be getting a thunderstorm today so I can test them out then! These will be great for spring/summer/fall rain weather. I got these to replace a well worn pair rain/garden clogs I got years ago from LLBean.

Thank goodness I listened to the comments and reviews! I ordered a size 8 when I normally wear a size 9. The whole size smaller fits perfectly! These are awesome shoes...hope they last. The fit is a bit larger in the heel, but it doesn't bother me. I love these shoes. The other great thing is when most "duck" shoes look huge on your feet, these actually make my feet look smaller. I also love the black on black because they go with anything.

I love these boots! I did have to have them exchanged once, they run a full size to a full size and a half large. They are nice and wide and fit my wide feet great. Wonderful construction! They seem like they will last for years to come!

I normally wear size 11 womens shoe, but when I ordered that size in this shoe it was huge,so I returned them and got the next size down, 10. They fit perfectly. I am so happy with this shoe. It has the advantage of 'slip-on' but the coverage of a traditional shoe. Great for early morning chores outside, very stable on uneven wet ground. Overall, I am very pleased with this shoe.

After buying a pair of 8" boots and loving them, I decided to buy this pair of moccasins. They feature the same good fit and great construction of the boots. I bought a pair in black because, as one other customer suggested, they don't look too much like galoshes. So, I can wear them with a fairly dressy pair of pants on a rainy-day commute and change into regular shoes when I arrive at work.

I purchased the pink boots as a birthday gift to myself and I love them! I use them when working in my yard and they are very comfortable. As with everything from LL Bean, the quality is great! Definitely recommend using LL Beans sizing guide as I am normally a size 8 and purchased the size 7 with a good fit.

Have been eyeing these for some time and purchased because Bean offered a 20% off coupon. Love the new color combinations. I purchased the black and pink. Fit is good but find that they are a little wide, will need to wear thicker socks. Have had another pair for 20+ years that are used in the garden and barn. Does Bean offer refurbish services for old boots?

I love these. They are versatile, indestructible and clearly L.L. Bean. I love flaunting L.L. Bean quality. But, if you going to buy a pair, remember they run LARGE. I wear a 7.5 normally but bought a 7 because I heard they ran large. If you're going to wear them with thick, and I mean thick, woolen socks, then you'll be fine. But if you're going to wear them with regular socks, then your feet will swim. Dr. Scholl's "gellin" inserts work well to solve the "float" problem and are probably a good idea because the regular insole is thin. But I LOVE these.

I bought these mocs to wear to and from work. They are easy to put on and take off and they are light and flexible.

I have been looking and looking for something like this for years! I knew I had seen this before but it eluded my mind as to where. Then My husband said "Maine" shoe and it suddenly became clear who made them! It is everything I wanted and more! Love these! Perfect for walking out to the barn or garden. Not bulky like a big boot or muck boot! I keep them by the back door and just slip into them and out of them. Perfect for my needs!

Love, love, love these mocs!!! Versatile and attractive and don't make my size 9 1/2 to 10 foot look like Bozo feet. I used them for the St. Patty's Day parade where I had to stand for long time on cold cement and my feet were toasty warm. Great in the wet weather of Long Island and extremely comfortable. Only problem was ordered according to the size chart recommendation which stated if wearing a 9 1/2 order a size down to 8's....ended up with a 9 narrow and now am thrilled with the fit.

I debated between the 2 new colors and just couldn't decide - so I got both - the Coral Rose/Black and Blue Ridge/Navy. I am so glad I did because I love both. The color combos are quite attractive. I followed the size recommendation and went with an 8, one full size down from my usual 9 and they fit well with medium weight socks. Now my 13 year old daughter is asking to wear them!

The rubber moc is great. I wear them in and around my horse barn for all my chores. They keep my feet dry and comfortable even in the most muddy conditions plus they have a nice appearance. The moc is also nice to wear when a boot is to much. I ordered them in a narrow for spring and summer wear due to wearing a lighter weight sock or no socks at all. I have other L.L. Bean boots and moc's they are all great and will wear for years.

The Moc's were on the large side, but the customer service was EXCELLENT. I have never had such service with any other company. I had to exchange them 2x, but finally got the right size. Then, the dog chewed my lace off - They are sending me a new lace. $3.00. No shipping, ever! Love it! And they are made in the USA! Thank you!

Arrived much sooner than expected, came in great condition and I have been wearing them every day since! No break-in time needed. Definitely order a size down, but they are a great pair of shoes. Don't know why I haven't had a pair sooner!

I received these last week and I'm very happy with them so far...I typically wear a 9 Wide shoe and I purchased these in an 8 Regular. They're roomy and I was happy to discover that they actually have good arch support, so they're very comfortable. Have a bit of a time keeping the little rawhide string tied, but in time they'll loosen up.

I love these shoes so much I bought a second pair. They are great for gardening and I can wear them all day. I wear a 7.5 so the first pair I bought an 8. They were a little big, but with thick socks are fine. The 2nd pair I bought a 7 and it seems to be a better fit for me.
