This boot is the best boot or comfortable shoe I've ever had. Feet are warm and totally dry. Have been wearing since the rains of the storm. Slightly large, but wear two pairs of sox. Highly recommended.

My last pair finally wore out after 8 years so I purchased the naby blue ones this time and in a size smaller than I normally wear - turns out to be a perfect fit - even with light socks underneath. The support is terrific, and the grip on the earth is great. Thank you, LL Bean, for this great 'classic.'

I love my llbean boots! I wear a size 8 1/2 to a 9 and got size eights and the boots were still fairly large but the perfect size with my thick wool socks. I got the navy blue/light blue colors and they go with everything. I couldn't be happier!

I skeptically followed the advice of fellow reviewers and ordered a size and half down (yikes!). I normally wear an 8.5, sometimes a 9, and ordered a 7. My mocs fit great with light socks but will definitely fit better with medium-weight ones. The heel slips a bit, but I think that's just a rubber boot thing. Super comfortable, totally waterproof, and incredibly stylish. These with a pair of skinny jeans and a sweater - awesome. Order these, you'll love them!

Great shoe for outdoor wear. Too hot for summer time but ideal for cold wet weather. Sizing is just a bit larger than normal but great for thick socks. Just what I was looking for to wear outside to do yard work or to the dog kennel.

I ordered one size down and the fit is perfect for medium weight socks. I ordered the narrow and it fits well on my narrow foot. They were comfortable on my feet from day one. I will be wearing these quite a bit on rainy days and also this winter. I got the black/black mocs and they are very sharp! Thank you LLBean!

Really happy with these! A necessity if you live in a wet climate. Great to slip on to take the dog out or do other quick gardening-type things. I bought the blue ones, so they look pretty cute too. I've been wearing them all fall everywhere and they have become very comfortable. Definitely buy a size smaller than you would typically wear (even for heavy socks). I wear 7-71/2 and a 6 is perfect. My daughter who wears an 8 said they even fit her!

The sizing video was very helpful. At first, I was concerned that sizing down would not be the right size; however, I discovered upon receiving my shoes that in fact, they were the right size. Normally I wear a size 8 athletic shoe or boot, but I ordered a size 7 in the shoes and the fit was just right! With a medium weight sock, my feet stay warm and cozy. They were a little loose in the heel as others reported, but just tighten the laces to reduce the slack in the heel area. These shoes are comfortable enough to be in for an entire day without your feet screaming ouch, by the end of the day! I loved them as a teenager in the 80's and I still love them today! Thanks L. L. Bean for a great quality product! I just wish you had them in RED.

These mocs are great anywhere from the art studio to the cafe...oh yeah, and hikes too! Comfortable to stand and walk in, easy to wipe off, and so stylish in rose and black. Great for the urban as well as the outdoorsy ladies! Really do order a size down unless you have some very thick winter socks.

Love, love these mocs. The first day they seemed a little tight across the top of my foot, but after wearing them for an hour they were exactly right. Just love everything I have bought at LLB!

I wear a size 8 shoe and after reading the reviews, ordered a size 7 and am glad I did. They still fit quite large, and totally loose in the heal, but this time of year I want that because I wear warm socks. I wanted them for when I am in the back yard with the dogs... wanted something that would keep my feet dry. They're stylish enough to wear with jeans and chinos when running errands as well. I like the blue ones.

Per other reviews this shoe does run large and slightly wide. I normally wear between an 8 and 9 women's, but I dropped down to a 7 when ordering this due to others comments. With moderate weight socks it fits fine but if I were to wear it bare foot or with thin socks I probably could wear a 6.5. That said, the shoe is very comfortable and great quality, very durable feel to it (exactly what I'd expect from LLBean). I do quite a bit of outdoor, early morning work so I need something to keep my feet dry from the dew but yet not quite a full boot that would be too hot in the summers. This shoe works perfectly for that.

I usually wear a size 8 and after reading the other comments ordered a 7. These are roomy to the point where I have to wear thick socks, and the heel slips a bit, but I'm keeping them. The dark red and black colors are beautiful. The red leather is rich, like an oxblood. Great shoes.

This will be my 2nd pair in 4 years. I forgot they run really big, so I had to return for 1 size smaller. I live in the midwest and they are the best shoe to slip into and walk my 2 dogs during the nasty early mornings with dew or ice..my feet are always dry and warm...I went thru 3 winters and the heals worn down, otherwise...BEST!!!

Due to a medical issue I now need a wide or sometimes double wide shoe and I can't wear boots anymore. The design and description of these rain shoes in wide gave me incentive to try them and VOILA!! Cinderella!! They fit and were comfortable. I am thrilled looking forward to dry warm feet and saving other shoes from getting rain soaked. (Wish the Rain Skimmers also came in WIDE width.)

I ordered these boots and received them in just 3 days! They are lovely, extremely comfortable, and durable. I am a size 10 with wide feet and ordered a 9 medium, and they are the perfect size! A little loose so that I can wear a lighter sock in the fall, or wooly socks for winter. My mom and brother are already looking into getting pairs for themselves!

After 25 years of hard use my first pair of Bean Duck Boots finally gasped their last. I would not consider any other brand of waterproof Moc. It is great to know somethings stand the test of time. Ordered the full size down from my usual half size. The fit is great. Yes, there is some extra room in the heel, but I'll be glad for it when I switch to a heavier sock. Love the new color combos. Thanks for a great product.

These are a traditional boot. I was hoping they would be better for me to wear to work, but they really are an outside boot. Not LLB's fault! I just decided they would not work for me. They do run large, so buy the smaller size as recommended.

Perfect for this time of year, saves my shoes from rain and wet feet. Very comfortable. Love them.

I have used these almost everyday since I got them, and they are great! They are very comfortable, and my feet stay dry when walking the dog through wet grass. I usally wear a wide, but I had to return the wide for a medium. Great shoes, and as usual, GREAT SERVICE!

This is my second pair of Rubber Mocs. I have had my first pair for over 10 years. I am not a boot wearer so my mocs get lots of wear. I have a narrow foot. I ordered a 9 narrow moc but it was still too wide and to long so I reordered a size smaller. As before I will wear heavier socks for a better fit.

I bought the black/wine pair in size 6. Love the colors together. I normally wear a 7 1/2 shoe but the size 6 is perfect for this moc when I am wearing light to medium socks.

The Freeport store did not have the shoe in stock but the sales person got on the phone and got me in touch with a slaes agent and we had the shore ordered. It came to the house in 2 days. Good service.
