Last winter daughter was looking to purchase boots to walk between dorm and classroom buildings situated far from each other at college. I then decided I would like to try a pair. I did not think I would wear them as much as I do. So easy to slip off and on & keeps feet warm and dry. Size 6 with thick socks worked for me; usually I wear 7. This is awesome shoe, only regret is I did not own a pair years ago!! If you like a snug fit, these are not for you.

Great boots!!! Keep your feet toasty warm, too! But, they DO run a little large..If you are between sizes, order down.... You will love these boots!!!

I finally purchased my first pair of these shoes.They arrived today. As soon as I put them on I knew I had made the right choice. They fit perfect and I took reviewers suggestions and ordered 1 size smaller. Fits like a glove! L L Bean thank you for the pride you take and Diane who made them!

A wonderful boot that doesn't make your foot look huge! Well made, as you would expect from LLBean, comfortable and sturdy. Wearable all day if needed. My daughter, who also has a pair, and I both appreciate having a low-cut waterproof boot.

Bought these 2 yrs ago and they were too big. I struggled wearing them and my daughter told me that L.L. Bean stands behind their products 100%. I stopped at a local store and they refunded what I paid 100% and ordered me a new pair in a smaller size. Amazing company, great customer service.

I live in Oregon, so wanted a "water shoe" for the winter. I wear a size 11...the Bean folks said order 1 size smaller. I did, with a lot of hesitation. They were too big - but that's because I didn't order a narrow. Returned them, received my narrow pair and they fit great. Easy and quick return process. So, listen to the Bean folks when ordering! They've done this before! They're comfy, keep my feet dry...just love them. Recommend very highly!

I received these as a gift and I love them! I normally wear size 9 or 9 1/2 so I got them in size 8 as recommended. Very comfortable with medium weight socks. I especially love that they are still made in Maine. Highly recommend!

I love these boots and I wear them all winter long! I love that I can slip them on so easily, so I usually grab them over my lace-up Bean Boots. Classic New England style.

These are excellent water mocs for those days when it isn't nasty enough for boots, but too wet for sneakers. They are very comfortable. I ordered my regular size, 8 medium, thinking that with heavy socks that would be the best fit. They were huge. So the very helpful woman on the LL Bean phone helped me with an exchange, which couldn't have been easier. I now have 7 narrow that fits perfectly. I highly recommend these!!!

The boots look great, feel very comfortable and could easily be worn all day. They will keep my feet warm and dry this winter.

These are probably the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. They are perfectly waterproof and easy to slip off and on!

I have been wearing another brand of these mocs for several years and just replaced them with these Bean mocs. What a difference! These lace farther up the instep and hug your feet so they don't slip as much. They are lighter and more flexible than the others. These should last me a long time. I have guide boots too and they are great for riding in the winter.

Not sure why I didn't buy these sooner! We live on a small farm property and it's so convenient to slip these on and run out to the coop or barn and not get wet feet from dew on grass. The width is adjustable with the side straps. I wear an 8 and the 7 fits perfectly.

Having read the reviews and the company's recommendations on size, I was not optimistic about getting a decent fit for my 9 - 9 1/2 N feet. I have a hard time getting any shoes to fit. But I had been wanting a pair of these for a while, a narrow width in a boot like this is beyond rare, and they were on sale, so I persevered. I ordered an 8N. The fit is much better than I expected. The length is a tiny bit too short - no additional insoles or really heavy socks for me on these - and a little too wide. I adjusted the laces. They are really comfortable. But the incredible thing is that they actually make my feet look smaller. Go figure. I haven't worn them enough yet to comment on how well they'll wear.

Thank you to LeLey for making these! They are durable and well made. Folks, if you plan to buy a pair, read the part about sizing and believe it. I normally wear a 6 1/2 Wide in most shoes. I bought 6 Wide and they are huge... I'd call them a 7 1/2 extra wide. There's no cushioning inside, so I had plenty of room to add a nice insole and still wear very thick socks. Why doesn't Bean just accurately label these wonderful shoes? If a 6 is really a 7 1/2, call it a 7 1/2! That said, the shoes are wonderfully made and they're so easy to slip into and run out the door to walk the dog or go to the store and I've worn them to work all day and found them very comfy. The classic look will always be stylish. They'll be great on rainy days, but I'm wearing them on sunny days, too. Thank you for the impeccable quality of your products.

It is hard to believe that the shoes I saw my father "live in" as a child, would be the same shoes I would purchase 35 years later. These shoes are comfortable, functional and not to mention still stylish after all these years. I wear an 8.5 shoe and bought a 7...they fit like a glove. Thanks L.L. Bean!!! PS...Dad still has (and wears) his LL Bean Boots 35+ years later!!

I'm very happy with these mocs. Your feet stay dry and warm in wet muddy conditions. They are easy to put on and off. I wear a 9 1/2 shoe and the 8 med fit great. Just a note, if you are ordering a narrow width because you think your foot won't slide out as much, I wouldn't recommend it. Your heel is supposed to slip a little and If you go too narrow, it might bother your pinky toe. I originally ordered med, exchanged for a narrow, but went back to the med and am very happy I did.

All of the previous reviews were correct. I ordered a size whole smaller and they fit perfect.

As a PNW native living in Michigan for several years now, I'm used to all sorts of rain and snow in the winter. I bought these shoes after much consideration, and I LOVE THEM. They are my go to most of the fall/winter, they keep my feet warm and dry, and after 2 years they still look almost as good as they day I received them. My only complaint -- I wish I had gotten some in the green leather/blue rubber when you had them -- they would have been perfect for Seahawk game days. :) Thanks, LL Bean!

As always, the quality of LLBean products are top noch. There is not difference in the Bean Rubber Moc. I ordered a size smaller than my usually size. I am usually an 8, I ordered a 7 (narrow), AS SUGGESTED by LLBean. Perfect and superior customer service, as always.

I have a pair of Bean boots, and I swear by them for snow and ice, awful weather, cold, and mucky-ness. I bought the mocs because I kept trashing my regular shoes in my yard. The mocs are fantastic for mud, water, and everything else I've gotten into. I have worn them to Lowe's and the grocery store, and they're easy to walk in (once you tighten the laces). Since I don't plan to wear these for serious winter wear, I bought them in a size 9, which is a full size smaller than I normally wear. They are still big on me, but in the way that Bean boots are supposed to be. I love them and have to try very hard not to wear them to work!

I am so glad I bought the Tan/Navy Bean Mocs. Many years ago I had a pair of imitation/wannabe-Bean-Mocs. I finally splurged and bought these Moccasins. I am very pleased with them; they fit perfect. I wear a size 8 Med/B shoe so I ordered the 7 Med/B Mocs (I will be wearing a midweight sock with my Mocs). The "slip" in the heel is not a problem--I tightened the laces and the fit is just right. (And thank you, Tejasa, for making my Mocs.)

I love them, but had to return for size. I normally wear about a 9 1/2 double wide - I ordered 9 wide and they were way huge - traded them for 8 wide and still a little big but OK with an insole.
