Purchased last day of Dec 2024. Not as well made as regular Mocs purchased in 2020 which I still wear. Reported the poorer quality - stitching absent, inside padding disappeared quickly.

They used to be, but I guess like everything else, LLBean has decided to cheapen their impeccable quality. I will no longer purchase these slippers. The backs don't even come up as far on my ankle anymore. Not happy with this purchase at all and am done with LLBean. Definitely not the quality I have always had w/these slippers.

Tried on a pair in store and they fit perfect but wanted different color. Ordered the color and they were easily a size too big and much too wide. Almost as though someone had worn and returned. So Returned them. But had to pay for return which made me decide no more buying from a company which charges returns for items that are incorrectly sized.

I got these in blue for Christmas 2024. By February 2025 the left one, the inside sole was all wore out. I've been wearing LLBean slippers for years and never had this problem. I hope I just got a bad pair. I love LLBEAN slippers and clothes.

Ordered twice, and both times, to big! I usually wear a 6 to 6 1/2, so I ordered a 7 the first time, then a 6, the second time, I am sorry to say, I will not order shoes on line anymore.

I wanted to replace my very old wicked good slippers and have tried on and bought or was gifted three different pairs in the past year. I had to return all of them because for each pair one slipper is visibly and uncomfortably narrower in the toe box than the other. The salesperson at the store immediately saw the problem and we looked at the display models in two different colors and sizes and saw they both had the same problem: one tow box is sort of U shaped and the other is more V shaped. Clearly, the left slipper and right slipper are made from different shaped models or are on different production lines. L.L.Bean- fix your production and do some quality control!! and wire cutter, do more due diligence before recommending.

I am having SO much difficulty returning these. There's a tag in the sole that is annoying and the fit is wonky. My husband bought them for me and the return process has been so frustrating. Customer Service is only from 8-8. I asked for a return label and they sent me to a website that required an order number. they were bought in store. No order number. It's a cruel game. Please send me a label to return them. They send me to a website that asks for information I don't have. Why didn't they just send the label? Why is this so DIFFICULT????
Frustrated,

Finally bought a pair and was excited to wear them but they fit so poorly. I bought the shoe because I didn't want a slide and my heels keep popping out like a flip flop so unfortunately I'm returning them. I really wanted to love them.

Bought for my wife for Xmas. She complained that her toes were squished and the at the same time the heels would slip off like a flip flop.
Not worth the $100 immediately returned

I wanted to like these. They have a label right in the arch of your foot. They're way too big and I agree with others who say that the fit is odd. Very disappointed. I loved my other Beans' slippers. The fleece also seems poorer quality. I'm normally a 9 or 9.5 in women's shoes.I I got the 9 and my feet are swimming in them. They're hard to walk in, falling off my feet. The tag digging into the arch is awful. Fine if you're sitting in one place but if you use slippers to walk around the house in, these are not it.

Highest quality, useful inside and outside (light wear), beautifully made. I could not resist the red ones for my daughter for Christmas and she was delighted! True to size. Just what you want! Yes they are "wicked good."

My hips started to hurt as soon as put these on. I wore them for a couple of hours to see if they just needed to be broken in. When I finally took them off, my hips stoped hurting.

So disappointing. These are wonderful looking and certainly well made. However, when I put them on I thought they were on the wrong foot. Only by turning them over to see the sole was I able to distinguish left from right. They still feel like there is no shape designed for either foot. Did I get a bum pair?

If you have dry / non-sweaty feet that never smell, and your floors are always clean (no kids or dogs, and maybe you even have a maid), these will last a long time. For the other 90% of the population, the inside will be matted down, stink, become disposable, and will last only a few months.
I like being able to slide my slippers onto bare feet. Unlike sheepskin slippers I have owned before, these slippers DO NOT have a removable/replaceable/hand washable sheepskin sole insert, so they only last one winter before they smell disgusting, and no amount of hand washing with a soapy washcloth will bring them back. I bought a more expensive pair from Andy's Agway store in Dayton, Maine that is made by a small owned company in the mid-west, and those are a dream. I slide out the sheepskin sole insert and wash it with my wool sweaters. I buy a new pair of inserts each year. Not only are they fresh and clean, but they are radically more fluffy and soft than the L.L. Bean pair which is permanently matted down. The L.L. Bean slippers are trash after 1 year.
This makes me very sad to report because I am a native Mainer and am fond of the Bean brand, but these slippers just aren't practical.

I received these as a white elephant gift at work. They fell apart at the stitching after wearing twice. LL Bean REFUSED to exchange them because they were a gift.

I have ordered and worn these for almost 8 years. They have changed. I'm keeping them but they use to have the sherpa lining inside the shoe. Now it's just a thin layer of felt. Not cozy and soft, these will be my last pair

I have purchased two pairs of these slippers for myself and one for my niece. My first pair lasted many years. My pair purchased in 2021 is coming apart at the seams on one shoe. I have always loved these slippers and never winced at the price when the quality was so great. Now, 3 years later and its falling apart at the seams...not the LLBean that I have always shopped at. You cannot charge 90 dollars for a shoe that falls apart in 3 years.

I didn't wear these that much and the sole came apart, they wouldn't return them at the store and they insulted me! Accused me of buying them at goodwill and trying to return them. Rude. I finally got my receipt through their investigation team but I'm done shopping here after the ordeal. I'll put them in the trash where they belong.

I love wearing these comfy slippers but something is wrong with the fit. They feel as if they are on the wrong foot. I switch them around with no success.

Who decided a large nylon label would be a good thing on the side of the foot bed? Not wickedly good!
